Al Borgo has been carefully restored and redecorated in a cozy Tuscan style. The apartment features sloping walls with a beautiful ceiling of exposed chestnut beams. It has high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The apartment is located in an old building but has been recently restored and tastefully decorated, just outside Lucca’s historic center. You’ll be staying on one of the city’s most characteristic streets, Via Borgo Giannotti, with the coziest delicatessens, bakeries, produce shops, and the city’s best ice cream shop right outside your door. Everything in Lucca is just a short walk away.



What makes this apartment unique is that you’re staying in the heart of Lucca, with all shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance, yet you can drive right up to the door—something not possible with accommodations inside the city walls. If you’re traveling without a car, both the bus and train stations are within a short walk, or you can walk along the city walls.
