Holiday home 'Antico Borgo Lucca - Pool And' with Wi-Fi and air conditioning

Welcome to Antico Borgo, a villa of about 200 m² in Lucca, centrally located just steps from the historic center. Bright rooms, a garden with private pool, and a hot tub make this house ideal for relaxing stays with family or friends, combining comfort, space, and convenience to enjoy the city in peace.



On the ground floor you will find the living area: a spacious lounge with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, and utensils), a dining area with TV, a full bathroom with shower, and a practical laundry room.



Upstairs is the sleeping area with three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. All have large wardrobes, suitable even for longer stays. On the same floor is a very large second bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub, perfect for relaxing after a day out.



The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi, radiators in every room, air conditioning with two units (one per floor, in the hallways), and a fan in each bedroom for warmer months.



Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, inside and out. The garden is a highlight: seasonal private pool, loungers, outdoor sofas, gazebo, barbecue, and a table with chairs for outdoor dining.



At least two private parking spaces are available near the house. Check-in can be done in person or via self check-in for maximum flexibility on arrival time.



The pool is open from May 15 to October 1. Heating is managed remotely with two thermostats, one per floor, programmed to keep the house comfortable. Maximum temperature is 21°C. Events are not allowed.
