The 65-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (stairs required for access).



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, desk with chair, and treadmill;

- BEDROOM 2 with a double bed, closet, and desk with chair;

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, mosquito net, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, dining table with chairs, moka pot, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY with a small sofa and a coffee table with chairs.
