The independent apartment (130sqm), located on the ground floor of a prestigious villa facing the walls, allows an unforgettable stay to discover the ancient Lucca for its strategic position that allows you to walk to the historic center and to the essential services (supermarket , restaurants, cafes, shops ...) and main tourist (museums, churches, Lucca Comics, Summer Festival, S.Croce, Lucca Film Festival, Murabilia and urban and interurban bus stops for Florence, Pisa and Versilia). It has large indoor and outdoor spaces (garden) that allow you to spend moments of refreshment and fun evenings. The private parking inside the garden (accessed through an automatic gate) is included in the price.
NB. The measures of the spaces both inside the apartment and outside and the parking are compatible with those provided for the disabled.
The house is also equipped with baby equipment such as high chair and cot.
