"We enjoyed staying in the Cornell area to enjoy hiking on the Ice Age Trail, kayaking on the Chippewa River, biking on the Old Abe State trail, and enjoying the Brunet Island State Park. "Very nice accommodations with nice surroundings by the river. It was so quiet at night and no nearby road traffic to bother either. We enjoyed visiting Timm's Hill and Big Falls County Parks, which were recommendations from our host. "

"It was everything as described and more. Quiet cabin in the woods with all the amenities. Ice Age Trails nearby were great hiking experiences. Stars were brilliant. Nice to have wood on-site for evening fires."

"We had no complaints about the host or the place.We stayed with 8 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room. The fishing was good enough to have a large fish fry.The first morning the coffee pot did not work, so we picked one up in Thorp and Kimberly reimbursed us very quickly. This was a nice vacation for all of us.Ps. If you are going here with kids the aquatic center in Thorp looks great, we tried to go and got rained out. Lots of fun!Renee"

"The overall stay was great. The house was very clean and close to the trail system so we were able to ride sxs during the day and enough room we could all hang out at night. I do think it’s important to note the bedroom situation isn’t as described. This is listed as 6 bedrooms, which I did ask about before arrival and was told it’s 4 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are divided by a wall; therefore creating 4 spaces. I was told upstairs had 1 king, 3 Queens, and a full over twin bunk. In reality...
