"Great stay. Room was nice and quiet. Not even any noise coming from outside. The room heater was nice and quiet, too. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I could have used a little more pressure with the bed covers. Breakfast was good. Towels were good."

"We were given a room that wasn’t finished cleaning- one of the two beds weren’t made (at midnight), trash wasn’t taken out, the faucet in the bathtub was running and the towels were tossed around. We requested another room. That one at least didn’t have those issues, but the AC wasn’t working and the entryway light was fritzing out - like in a scary movie. The breakfast area has seen better days. The place looked not well maintained."

"We will never stay at this resort again.
We had NO water for showers , toilets , or any basic need for almost 24 hrs.
The air conditioner was not working and filthy. This caused us to not sleep comfortably.
When I addressed the manager on duty about the issue we were dismissed and talked down to.
Waking up on check out day and still no water I requested a full refund. He offered only a partial reimbursement and again a dismissal tone. When I asked for the name of the ownership he threatened...
