"This was our 3rd stay at Rainbow Beach club. First time in this unit. We arrived early due to our flight being ahead of schedule. Had to call the owner Mike as the lock was time delayed. Once inside the unit it was very warm and we had to call Mike as the AC was turned off and we couldn’t get it to turn on. The unit was clean.
