"Stayed two night as we were there for a family reunion. It was just me and my son, but would be perfect for large families and ppl with little ones. They had a lot that we just didn’t use. The property is nice and quiet, if I had any negatives it would be they are not the most comfortable beds, other than that, excellent for the price."

"We were looking for a place to unwind and relax for the weekend. It was perfect! Rob was the penultimate host. Rob even made us breakfast the morning before we left. The wildlife in the area is great to watch as well. We will definitely be staying again if we are in the area."

"Robert’s cozy accommodations served as a perfect stay for the Marietta Sternwheeler festival. Quiet property close to town. We would book again if we make it back down to the area. "The house was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. One other review mentioned a musty or moldy smell - we did not notice that at all, and it rained while we were there. If we are in Marietta again, we would definitely stay here. "

"Every year my cousin and I get together to celebrate our wedding anniversaries, since we got married 3 weeks apart. This place was a perfect location, with a beautiful view. The host was wonderful and the house was very clean. We enjoyed fishing in the pond. What a great trip!"
