"Everything was exactly as described, the host was gracious and communicative, the house is great for a large group and a quiet location"

"Great place to get away. House and property were nice. If your bring a boat, you have to watch the tides. Flats or a smaller bay boat will be fine. Had a 21 foot center console. Low tide you just have to take it slow out to the channel. Great options for docking your boat. A lot of space for boat trailers. Location of property is nicely situated. "

"The house was the perfect size for our family of five (4 adults and a 7 year old) and was larger than what we expected from the photos. The property is so cozy with a huge yard and walking area. The property has a couple other cottages on it but there is plenty of space in between for privacy and doesn’t feel crowded at all. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The grills were perfect for dinner in after eating out all day. The location couldn't be more perfect, it’s secluded, yet located only 40...

"We loved our time on the sailboat this April! The boat was a great fit for us, and our daughter loved sleeping in a sailboat. The kayaks there allowed us to paddle and explore othr nearby canals. Abundunt fish were neat to see and catch from the boat and shore. The bathroom with shower was vital for cleaning up after swimming, and we used the adjacent large table and seating area on-shore as well. "Super cute and comfortable. View was wonderful morning and night. Amenities were awesome. Pool was gorgeous. View from pool was just as amazing. Store on site but the cottage had all we needed. Awesome to just jump in our boat right there at our own dock. We will be back! "

"Everything we needed to have a great vacation was provided. Super nice place!We would stay here agin"

"My family and I had an incredible stay. We utilized every available component of the home including the dock. Property manager provided us with 2 available free ramps to drop off our jet-skis. We settled on the ramp located on Blimp Road, which was a 10 minute drive and 15-20 minute ride on the skis. We were able to tie off our skis our whole stay with no issues. Home was exactly as disclosed and worked great for our family. Communication was great, with quick respond time. "

"This place is exactly as described. The quirkiness was perfect for my husband and I to spend our anniversary. We had a day of rain and it was perfect!and"

"Stayed 13 days perfect location and this was our second stay at Cudjoe Cottages. Was able to dock boat here but had to put in at Cudjoe Gardens marina, just 5 minutes away. Basic old school Florida key’s cottages,clean and inexpensive. Nice community pool also. Definitely will stay again."

"O quarto estava em bom estado e, aparentemente, foi recentemente renovado. O banheiro já não estava tão bom, com algumas marcas de desgaste pela idade, e o chuveiro poderia ser melhor. Apesar de cobrar uma robusta taxa de resort de 32 USD por diária, a acomodação oferece empréstimo de caiaque e bicicletas apenas até as 3 da tarde, o que acaba inviabilizando bastante o uso, principalmente pra quem não consegue encarar o Sol da Flórida na cabeça. A localização é boa, a 15 minutos da Bahia Honda e 40 minutos de Key West, no entanto, no geral, acho que só vale a pena para uma estadia de uma noite."
