"The cabin and property was magical!The description of the property gave us the impression that you could walk on a trail from the property to Dog Head Falls, which was not the case. It is less than a 10 minute drive, and totally worth it, but we were a little disappointed we could not walk there from the property. "

"Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. Very close proximity to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail made this property extra attractive to me. Close to Jeffersonville for any immediate needs. Beautiful, quiet property, cozy cabin, and a wonderful host. Dianne was quick to respond to my questions, and went above and beyond to help make my time extra comfortable. This is a really excellent option for anyone looking to explore the LVRT or just get some quiet relaxation time. I got both and would be happy...

"This multi level accommodation was great for our family, however, not suitable for those who have limited mobility. My 90 year old grandmother was limited to her basement room as the steep stairs to the mid level living room was too much for her. Great for a small young family. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The Hut is perfect for a couple. Lake Willoughby is beautiful. We had a little trouble with dock because of the drought with low water level and Deb did her best to help. "

"The property grounds were lovely and the view from our deck was spectacular! The details in the cabin were really convenient- lots of hooks and surfaces for belongings, kitchen supplies, outlets and usb ports. For a tiny house, it had a lot of space! It was about 25 minutes to Stowe, which was a pretty easy drive. "

"We had a marvelous time at Smugglers Notch! The property was extremely clean and well-stocked in the kitchen. The mattress was very comfortable and my wife and I agreed that it is likely the best night’s sleep we have had on a bed other than our own. Our host was incredibly responsive to my emails both before and during our stay. We would stay there again without hesitation. "

"Nice cabin, very comfortable, plenty of towels, great communications, etc. they even provided a pet basket for use at the house (blanket, bags, towel for cleaning paws, etc). Our only dislike was the smell of the water (well water). Overall our stay was great. Thank you."
