"We loved that we were so close to the water, and it was so private. The floating was good, fishing was good. Cabin was clean with clean linens, towels, etc. Very homey and comfy. The Sunrise views were amazing. We loved the little duck visitors as well. Close to grocery stores if you need to go out for anything. The bed was very hard, but I am a very fussy bed sleeper. Only real issue for us was that the rug in the livingroom was always wet so we had to wear shoes or slippers at all times. But,...

"This property was absolutely beautiful. The homes open concept with cathedral ceilings are gorgeous. The lake view from the bedroom upstairs is so relaxing. More than i imagined. We will definitely be back to enjoy this property and all the lake has to offer. The hosts are amazing as well."

"6 ladies, sewing machines and lots of food...what more could we want? Absolutely nothing! Ample room for all of our activities and a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans,and utensils for making meals. We hope to return again!"

"We loved the location of this property. We have our own kayaks and we loved how easy it was to get them in and out of the water. We also enjoyed sitting on the wraparound porch where there is a nice breeze coming off of the other lake across the street. The kitchen is recently renovated and the bedrooms are nice and cozy. I have also never seen a place so well stocked with firewood. Property managers are ver friendly and helpful. 10/10."

"The perfect place to find peaceful days and nights. It is very quiet. Swimming, kayaking, basking in the sun. At night we had camp fires, cooked our meals on the grill, played board games. An old fashioned camp stay that took me back to my childhood memories of simply living in the moment. Fishing was one of my highlights. Never caught a thing and I didn’t care; I was fishing. The young boy with us did. His first!You’ll need to bring your own gear to fish. Loved the outdoor shower! ...

"This cozy and clean cabin in the woods was exactly what we expected. I looked forward to sipping my coffee on the porch every morning, and watching the river flow by. Some excursions we enjoyed include the Bangor Mall, a hike at Hirundo Wildlife Refuge (bring bug spray!), a show at the planetarium at UMaine, and lobster at Pepper’s Landing.
