"Wish we had more time to enjoy this rental and Loveland. We got in pretty late and left early. The set up was perfect and everything was clean and new looking with flair. I would definitely go out of my way to stay there again if I am in the state."

"Light bulbs should all be tested - I bought 2 light bulbs. Handrail should be all the way up to the second floor, at least one bedroom should have a mirror near an outlet and lighting. Both bedrooms should have a lamp in addition to ceiling light. A cutting board should be available. I bought one and left it for others to use."

"We are frequent VRBO renters and we use Premier Hosts because they are always excellent. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The location is so great. A gentrified neighborhood with restaurant's, markets and shops in easy walking distance. The host owns multiple units in the building so we had family on multiple floors. Thanks Danny!"

"We came to Ohio for our son’s wedding. He got married at French Park. This location was ideal to host my family and their small kids. Plenty of room in bedrooms. Place for the kids to play on driveway and backyard. Also easy to go explore Cincinnati. The property’s host was easy to reach and he kept in contact with me before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again."
