L'aunis Gite 3

This gîte is independent but can also be communicated with the gîte "Le Saintonge" inside and outside.
Maisonette of 65 m2 with private terrace.
- a beautiful living room with lounge + TV, dining room and fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine): everything to make you feel at home.
- the master bedroom (140x200 bed) with bathroom including a shower and WC
- the 2nd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds (90 x 200) with Italian shower and WC.
Each bedroom has its own storage space (chest of drawers, wardrobe).
- garden furniture and a private barbecue.

For even more comfort, we provide you with sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, household linen (tea towels), at no extra charge.
When you arrive, you will find a "starter kit" on site (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, chocolate, sugar, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine) which will allow you not to overload your luggage and a ""starter kit""for the barbecue.

In the relaxation area, you can enjoy the deckchairs available to you around the swimming pool shared between the 2 other gîtes as well as outdoor games to have fun with family or friends. Bath towels will be provided for your stay.
Board games and a library (books for all ages) are also at your disposal.
Our rate does not include cleaning. You are asked to leave the gîte clean before your departure.
