A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the town of Louth. The property is situated approximately 15 minutes walk to town centre. We are approximately 45 minutes to Skegness, 40 minutes to Mablethorpe and 30 minutes to Cleethorpes.
There is an assortment of shops in Louth including Morrisons, Aldi and Co-op and an abundance of eateries and takeouts.
There are also many antique and charity shops to wander around.

Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering.

Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and homely feeling.


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchenette has a sink, fridge, oven kettle and a microwave with cupboard space.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a 50”smart television in the lounge area and internet access.


This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
The second bedroom contains a double bed.
Both bedrooms have televisions.


There is one bathrooms on the ground floor which has a shower cubical.

The property has an electrical coin meter fitted which you will need £1 coins to operate it.


Linen is included to make your stay more enjoyable but please bring your own towels and tea-towels.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
You may park one vehicle in the private court yard (the owners can not except responsibility for any loss or damage).
If you plan to bring more than one vehicle with you, there is street parking available outside the property.

- A small pet is allowed at the property, please bring your own bowls, bedding, etc. for the pet and do not allow them on the beds in the property.
