The apartment is located inside a condominium with swimming pool and barbeque available all year round! Parking available!
Spacious and bright, with a balcony with outdoor tabel and chairs!
With 1 bedroom and plenty of storage space.
Cozy living room with SmartTV and wifi internet with very good connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine.
Everything at your disposal to make your holiday easier!

The neirboorhoud is very secured , just a few meters from the closest supermarket, SPAR.
There are a few restaurants, hairdresser and coffee shop/ bakery just a few meters away.
10 minutes away from Vialmoura's Marina!
There is parking outside the condo.
Other things to note
-All guests information must be provided according to SEF link that will be sent 24 to 48 hours prior to your check-in by your Host -
You will be required to send us a picture of the main guest. This is mandatory.
If you don’t sent us the picture you won’t check in on the property.
-It's not allowed any extra guest as the ones provided in the booking.
-Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. This will help to prepare the apartament for your arrival.
You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
-Children (2 to 11 years old) are welcome. Be aware, that there are no extra beds or cots available. You must count the children in the 3 persons possible of the booking.
Maximum occupancy is 3 persons.
-Housekeeping and maintnance available between 9am to 5pm. Any non urgent problems, must be reposrted during this period to the contacts provided.
-Check in is possible between 15h00 and 20h00, after 20h00 will be charged €30. From 00h00, the value to be charged at check-in is 50€.
Check-out is from 8h00 to 11h00, after 11h00 will be charged €30.

If any emergency happen please let us know in advance.
Parties/ events or extra guest are not allowed.
No noise is allowed from 10pm to 08am as the Portuguese policy for residential buildings/ areas.
Non-refundable Bookings
Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The apartment Boiler is settled for up to 2/3 people. Shower and taps have hot water.
Water warms up very fast but after 30 minutes the boiler will set off and it automatically sets itself on after one hour.
The pool and barbeque schedule is between 9am to 9pm.
Pets are allowed, although some restrictions may apply:
- Pets of up to 6 kilos;
-We have a pet fee of €60.
-Pets must be fully trained.
- guests are responsible for cleaning their pets.
-Maximum of one pet per accommodation.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the building's premises.
-Pets must be leashed while on the building/condo property.
- Pets are not allowed in common areas, such as restaurants, swimming pools, etc.
-A fee will be charged for any damage to furniture, floors or walls caused by the pet
