Villa Gondra - Quinta do Lago - Algarve

This lovely, recently built 6 bedroom villa (completed in the end of 2012), is located in Quinta do Lago, and is decorated to a very high standard.

The entrance of this villa is grand…just like the entire property. As you enter you, you are in the heart of the villa with vaulted high ceilings and a feature light.

Living room: On the ground floor, you have the lovely sitting area, with 2 comfortable big sofas and Moroccan puff chairs overlooking the pool/garden and lounge terrace area. The living room comes equipped with flat screen TV, English channels, DVD player and Music System. This room has 3 large patio doors which take you directly to the outside area. Direct access to the Dining area which has a gorgeous chunky dining table which seats 14 people. This room also has a patio door so direct access to outside BBQ area and decorated with charming Moroccan mirror and lit cabinet.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with separate big freezer and big fridge; dishwasher; juicer; coffee machine; microwave; kettle; oven; electric stove (4 rings). The kitchen also has an American breakfast table with 2 high seats. Direct access to the laundry, which is complete with a washing machine and dryer. Access to the BBQ area through a corridor.

Bedrooms: This villa consists of 5 full bedrooms and one multi-use bedroom. Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 are all on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a twin sofa pull-out bed (acsessed through the kitchen). Bedroom 2 (grey room) can be prepared as either a twin or double with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the pool/garden area. Bedroom 3 (brown room) can also be prepared as either a twin or double with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the pool/garden area. Bedroom 4 and 5 are located on the first floor. Bedroom 4 (beige) has two twin beds. With a private dressing area, TV and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath overlooking a fantastic country view. This big bedroom is ideal for people who want to have some relaxed and quiet time reading, sunbathing or simply drinking a fresh orange juice on the private outside wrap around terrace. Bedroom 5 (light blue) is a Master double bedded suite with white linen curtains features a TV and a private dressing area. Both Master suites come with extensive circular outside terrace areas with private areas each. The 6th bedroom (available for an additional cost for larger groups of more than 10 people), or also known as the multi-use bedroom is a big bedroom, ideal for teenagers who want to be next to the games room area and away from the main house area, enjoying their music and playing with everything around! Here you will find 2 twin sofa pull-out beds with total capacity for 4 people, 4 puffs, a private music system and a table football. This bedroom is charged as an extra for larger groups of more than 10 people.

Bathrooms: Bedroom 1,2 and 3 have an en-suite with step in shower. Bedroom 4 has an en-suite with jaccuzi bath and Bedroom 5 has en-suite with corner jaccuzi bath and a separate shower. Bedroom 6, if being used, has a large bathroom with shower available on the basement level. This bathroom is available to be used without the bedroom being in use. There is also a W/C in the entrance hall.

Games: If you are looking for fun, this is the ideal space for you! In this big games-room with windows you will find: a snooker table, table tennis, big flat screen TV with internet connection; Playstation 3, baby area (complete with a carpet with a small table and chairs, and with some baby/little child games), surround sound music system and DVD player.

Outside: The outside certainly has to be the gold star in Villa Gondra. The outside has lots of privacy so great for families. Here you have a large pool and a child’s paddling pool with a cascade water fall. There is a music system with 2 speakers outside in the lounge covered terrace next to the pool and garden area. There are 2 outdoor sofas in this lounge area surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere with nice transparent curtains, lots of candle lanterns and sun beds placed on the wood decking terrace around the pool or on the lawn grass area, where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the water cascade, the ambient music sound, or simply the birds that live around! Under the pergola area of the garden you will find a charcoal BBQ and large dining table, perfect for serving up the delights from the BBQ while shaded.

Other Information: There is a garage available for the clients use with space for 2 vehicles. Under-floor heating, except in the basement (for Winter months only). Wifi. Pool towels

Maid Service: Maid service is also included 3 days per week, on weekdays, except bank holidays. Bed linen is changed every 7 nights and towels are changed twice a week.

Loca Area: Located in an ideal position within the resort of Quinta do Lago, within walking distance to Quinta Shopping and Burganvilia Plaza, where you find very nice restaurants, bars, shops, a disco, a supermarket and a pharmacy- and you are just 4Kms away from the beautiful white sand beaches of Quinta do Lago.
