  • Localizada em Boliqueime, numa zona tranquila, no meio da natureza, a Vila Amarela dispõe de 4 quartos e capacidade máxima para 8 pessoas.



    Nota: não é permitido carregar veículos elétricos nesta propriedade.



    No seu exterior, encontra jardim, piscina com jatos de água, churrasqueira e mesa de refeições para que possa observar a incrível experiência de um Pôr do Sol único, ou o simples ambiente magnífico da noite com as luzes ligadas na piscina.



    No seu interior, a sala de estar/jantar é ampla, com televisão e vista sobre a piscina. A cozinha é equipada de utensílios básicos e de alguns eletrodomésticos como: frigorífico, máquina de café de cápsulas, torradeira, placa elétrica, máquina de lavar a loiça, chaleira, máquina de café de filtro, micro-ondas e forno.



    Para além de todas as comodidades que esta vila proporciona, encontra também uma lavandaria com máquina de lavar a roupa, toalhas de piscina, ferro, estendal e molas, tábua de engomar, e outros utensílios que possam ser úteis.



    O ar condicionado e o Wi fi estão disponíveis em todas as divisões da vila.

    Os berços de viagem são 25 euros por reserva e as cadeiras de bebé 10 euros por reserva.



    Nós não fornecemos produtos completas de limpeza - apenas um pequeno pacote de iniciação. É sua a responsabilidade de comprar ou trazer esses itens. Vamos fornecer rolos de papel higiênico para cada casa de banho, mas estes não são reabastecidos durante a sua estadia.

Happy May half term

Everything was to our liking. The Villas Duma service was as always impeccable: easy, quick friendly booking and check-in/check-out. Thanks Helen and co! The villa Amarela is simply amazing: spacious but not too huge to get lost, clean, quiet location, comfy beds. The pool is not heating and still cool in the end of May yet kids enjoyed it.

Amazing Villa for a family vacation

The villa was very well kept, with a beautiful back yard and large pool. The rooms are all very spacious as is the living room area and kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and the refrigerator is very large wich is always good. The pool area has plenty of loungers and chairs to enjoy your time poolside. It was a bit of a shame that the pool has no sun exposure in the later afternoon but we enjoyed the hot weather anyway. Honestly I found everything to be acceptable .

O alojamento foi uma agradável surpresa desde o início ao fim. Começando pelo atendimento super cuidadoso e simpático do Sr Carlos, até às condições incríveis de toda a casa. A casa está muito bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário. Os quartos são espaçosos, com casa de banho para todos. Sem dúvida que as fotografias correspondem à realidade! Para 8 pessoas é, sem dúvida, uma solução perfeita. Nada a apontar.

Wunderbare zwei Wochen

Wir hatten wegen eines Flug Streiks grosse Probleme mit der Anreise und die Ferienhaus Agentur war sehr flexibel und hat uns den Zugang, trotz verspäteter Anreise, unkompliziert ermöglicht. Generell war die Kommunikation und die Hilfe der Fereinhaus Agentur exzellent. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen. Der direkte Zugang von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer auf die Terrasse und zum Pool ist sehr praktisch. Jeden Morgen haben wir auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Der Garten und der Pool mit den vielen Sonnenliegen ist so einladend, dass wir viele Tage und Stunden diesen Bereich genossen haben. Sehr praktisch waren auch die vier Schlafzimmer mit ihren jeweils eigenen Bädern. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die heutzutage gerne genutzt werden, inklusive einem großen Kühlschrank mit Eisspender. Einige Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen und Pfannenbesteck könnten mehr vorhanden sein, aber für unseren Urlaub hat es gereicht. Die Zimmeraufteilung war uns mit dem Inserat nicht ganz klar. Aber sie ist im Grunde einfach. Die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück ist über ein großes Tor möglich und wird über eine Fernbedienung gesteuert. Dann gibt es rechts ein Car Port, aber auch eine Auffahrt, wo ein oder mehrere Fahrzeuge auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden können. Auf dieser Ebene der Einfahrt befinden sich zwei der Schlafzimmer. Links vom Haus geht man über Stufen oder eine Rampe (auch Rollator geeignet) auf die obere Ebene. Hier befindet sich der Hauseingang, der Garten, der Pool und die Haupträume wie die Küche, das Wohnzimmer, weitere zwei Schlafzimmer direkt mit einer großen Terrasse und ein Gäste-WC. Die Lage des Ferienhauses fanden wir auch optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ALDI oder Intermarche sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Strände und auch Ausgehviertel wie das Albufeira Old Town sind mit dem PKW in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir möchten uns nochmal bei dem ganzen Team und auch bei Luis für die gute Betreuung bedanken.

Erholsame Ferien

Tolle, großzügige Villa, sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Leckeres Restaurant nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Hilfsbereite und netter Empfang durch Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing place

Amazing place to relax and enjoy time with family. Everything went really good. The team is very professional and focused on details. The arrival, check-in and check-out were very easy, and the communication worked perfectly. We even had cleaning service for the house and pool during our stay. Large villa with good outside space

Good sized villa for up to 8 adults. Well maintained garden and pool. Good air conditioning and also often catches a breeze to keep the house cool. A pool cover would improve the water temperature (some found the pool a bit cold).

I very rarely stay anywhere and leave a review but this villa and the service definitely deserves one. For the price this villa is incredible. I would definitely highly recommend it!

I will return again!!

I have nothing but praise for this Villa. The location to the pool was in perfect order and provided for our every need for a wonderful fulfilling rest and vacation. It is centrally located in the Algarve so it is easy to go east or west for day trips. We have fallen in love with the Algarve and Portugal. Pedro was amazing at taking care of every detail. I will be highly recommending this property to all my friends who travel. The car hire company that VillasDuma arranged met us at the train station with our car and then again upon leaving. The instructions given from the train station to the Villa was on point and we drive straight there. Driving in the Algarve is easy with google maps. We plan to return with more family members next time

Amazing place with everything you need for your holiday

The house is exactly as described - super spacious inside with great bedrooms and new bathrooms for each of them, great kitchen and living area. Outside area is perfect and looks just like in the pictures - super nice pool and garden with a lot of space to hang around. + Communication and support upfront and during our stay was super - so i would always recommend staying here!

Very complete luxury house!

We had a wonderfull stay here and enjoyed all the luxury this big villa had to offer! Some minor thinks the owner should take a look at in order to keep thinks like they are. The camera’s who are everywhere around the house we experienced as a negative thing!! Also the maintenance people who came over quite regular should have ringed the bell first.

Huge comfortable house, feel just like home!

We enjoyed spending our vacation in Algarve in this beautiful house! Everything was according to our expectations, juste a little negative point that takes away the 5th star, when we arrived at the house, altough we had advise our time of arrival, we had to wait almost half and hour on the street before being let in, which was a little annoying especially with two very young kids who wanted to go in to explore their new home for the week! Pedro was very nice and offered many informations, I guess he just has too much on his plate to be on time! Otherwise, nothing was missing to make our stay enjoyable! Thanks, we recommend your house to anyone wanting to visit the region, it’s nice to come back and relax around the pool and have dinner outside after a full day visiting, especially with toddlers!!!

Sehr schönes Haus, Super Service => wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Service. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin, Helen war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. z.B. als uns an einem Samstagabend der Sonnenschirm kaputt ging, sind nach 2h Handwerker da gewesen. Es wäre schön, wenn die nicht beworbene aber vorhandene Markise über der Terrasse nutzbar wäre. Am Pool ist nur ein Sonnenschirm, bei 8x Liegen sollte ein weiterer vorhanden sein.

Holidays 14.07.2018-28.07.2018

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre. Der Pool liess den Kindern keine Wünsche übrig. Die Küche war gross und geräumig. Es hätten noch einige Utensilien (Tupperware, grosse Backformen) mehr sein können. Die Badzimmer gross und geräumig, sowie auch die Schlafzimmer. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass es beim Esstisch draussen keine Schattenmöglichkeit gab. Die meiste Zeit mussten wir improvisieren, wenn wir im Schatten sitzen wollten. Sonst gibt es nichts zu klagen. Einfach perfekte Ferien!
