This is the best neighborhood in Quarteira known as Atlântida condominium and It’s a quiet neighborhood directly on the ocean.
There’s a beach walk directly in front the building where you can walk for miles along the beach.
Enjoy hiking, relaxation, beaches 2 minutes.
Around are great restaurants, cafes, mini market, supermarkets, bakeries, pastries, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds and Golf courses.
The apartment is walking distance from all popular tourist attractions.
You can enjoy by the balcony in complete peace the amazing sunset direct in front of your eyes, as well as the starry sky at night and if you want to sleep with open window you can hearing the waves music.
You will not find a better location for your perfect vacation in Quarteira.

The home features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including:

*Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a 4-burner stove, one electric and 3 gas, an electric oven and has several utensils to make a delicious meal.
There is a microwave, fridge, washer, freezer, hand blender, blender, Nespresso coffee Machine, tea kettle, citrus juicer, toaster, grill sandwich maker for you to use.
We have salt, pepper, sugar, water, coffee etc in the apartment for your comfort when you arrive.

*Living Room:

The living room has just been renovated, it is spacious and equipped with a large comfortable sofa and 3 single sofas.
Speed internet with free Wi-Fi
You can watch Internet TV or Cable TV on the large 55" Samsung smart TV.
From which you can access your Netflix or YouTube.
The stylish dining table seats 6 people and you can have a meal with your friends or family.

*In the Bedrooms you find
Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels and beach towels.

The bathroom was renovated in December 2024. Enjoy your shower with the GROHE Rainshower that provides a luxurious shower experience and a tailor-made shower. Combining essential elements with additional features for maximum comfort and enjoyment.

Guest Access:

The apartment is located within a condominium with a shared entrance.
During your stay you will have full access to the entire accommodation and all its facilities and the garage if you need a car parking.

It's great to take walks or bike rides in the region to fully get a complete sense of the beauty it hold.
Car is not necessary, everything is in walking distance to the our
apartment but If you wish to know better the Algarve region, I strongly recommend you to rent a car to make you feel more comfortable.
Easy transportation and/or UBERS.
If you want to take a private taxi, I'll give you the contact details of a reliable driver.
The bus station is a 5-minute walk from our apartment.
Loulé train station is a 10-minute drive away.

Our neighborhood is important to us, and some residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 10 p.m and 8 a.m .
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but you can smoke in the balcony area keeping everything clean.
