This lovely property is in a very quiet and peaceful location just minutes from the Ancao and Garrao beaches. The property is also very well located to the world class golf courses of Vale do Lobo,San Lorrenzo, Quinta do Lago Norte and Quinta do Lago Sul and is suitable for golfers or family holidays. Car Hire Recommended The property has a very well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, ironing board, iron and sufficient cutlery, crockery and glassware. The Dining/Living room has a dining table and six chairs, brand new comfortable sofa, storage units, a log fire, air conditioning unit and ' state of the art ' tv/radio system which can be tuned to numerous channels including those of the UK and northern Europe.The system allows users in the bedrooms to watch different channels to those in the living room. The house has WiFi in every room. There is a shower room/ guest cloakroom on the ground floor and stairs leading to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, en suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a fitted wardrobe, bedside units, air conditioning unit, tv and radio which has the full range of channels and can be used independently and a balcony with table and chairs. The second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom, air conditioning unit, tv and radio, bedside and storage units and a balcony with table and chairs.Both bedrooms have luxury bedding and towels provided. To the front of the property there is a large parking area. To the rear there is a small garden with both a paved and grassed area, sunbeds, table and chairs and portable BBQ. There is also additional parking.
Access to major roads across the Algarve are minutes away which make the property ideal for exploring the length and breadth of the beautiful Algarve. This property is ideal for a short break or lengthy holiday as it offers luxury accommodation.

We were 2 couples staying near Faro. The place is close to the beaches and restaurants. The owner gave us all the best places to visit and eat.

A slice of heaven on earth
We had a fantastic trip. The location, Beach and local restaurants were a pleasure to frequent. The beaches are so clean and the people we met were fun and energised. We slept well and found our neighbourhood peaceful. The villa was perfect in every way. We will definitely stay again.

Short Golf Break
Property was as described , all in good working order. Communications between ourselves and Andrew (the owner) were excellent and always prompt. Gave some good recommendations and accommodated our requests without a fuss. All in all an excellent stay. Would very much recommend and would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose

Really lovely house and well equipped
Made welcome by the cleaning staff as we arrived early and were able to leave luggage. Sparkling clean and well stocked with glasses, china and cooking utensils. Very good quality bed linen and towels and the courtyard garden was well kept with beds and shades and not overlooked. The area was quiet and well kept. When we were there no swimming pool open in the immediate area.
Andy provided lots of information about the area and was extremely helpful when I had to contact him.
Although we are great walkers you do need a car as restaurants are a distance away but the beach was only a 10 minute stroll. There was no nearby supermarket. We found the beach area quite expensive for eating out.

Condo was very comfortable and in great location
The condo was very well situated - 15 min walk to the beach and multiple restaurants or 3 min drive. Most days we drove 45 minutes to more spectacular beaches, though the local one is still very nice. Our best meal was at Izzy's, where we enjoyed fresh fish overlooking the ocean. The appliances are modern and the beds comfortable, so we slept well and felt right at home. However, there were some minor communication issues (ie incorrect wifi info and checkout time) with the owner, but overall he was easy to reach and quick to respond. Note that condo does not come with beach chairs, so we recommend buying some rather than renting each day at exorbitant price. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Andrew was a fantastic host. The unit was clean and well furnished. The area good, beaches stunning.
The arrangement for access on arrival worked well. We found everything in place. the apartment lends itself to a through draft, if like us you do not like air conditioning. The proximity to the beach was between 10 and 15 minutes walk. The welcome pack gave us all that we needed to know in the area, which was very holiday orientated. plenty of good restaurants, though we did give Andy a new one. One problem was that it was TERRIBLY HOT. 40 degrees!! We mentioned to Andy that we would love to be able to use a pool. He told us that we could use the one in the hotel complex over the road. We did, and this made a huge difference t our holiday. We thoroughly recommend this property and its owner. you definitely need a car to get around in the area if renting this apartment.

A little piece of luxury and relaxation
Our accommodation was perfect for my husband and I and two teenage sons. The Townhouse has been modernised and finished to a very high specification. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped.
It was so lovely to eat alfresco in the patio area and sit and watch the sun go down.
The boys of coarse loved the amazing TV system with access to SKY.
I loved the attention to interior design and the candles around the place of more relaxed lighting.
Bathrooms all had courtesy lighting, amazing! No need to fuss about switches, a mirror light just came on when you walked into the room.
Beds were really comfortable , we all had such a relaxing holiday.
The townhouse is only 12 mins walk to the beach. We did have a hire car which made getting provisions much easier, I think you would need a car.
Andy, who owns the house, was very efficient, personable and attentive in his communication by email prior to , during and after our holiday. Andy was always happy to share his knowledge of the area and made suggestions of places to eat or activities which we might like to do as a family.
We have had a wonderful holiday exploring the algrave, chilling by the beach, playing golf and enjoying the glorious restaurants within the area. It was just lovely to start and end each day in such lovely accommodation. I would certainly recommend this as a 5 Star accommodation

A lovely place to stay
We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Vale do Lobo.
We love the area and have been going for the past 20 years .... wonderful beaches, great restaurants.. the perfect holiday destination.
We were not disappointed when we turned up at Andy's house, it has been very well done.
A very well furnished and comfortable sitting room leads out onto a small, paved, garden with lovely patio furniture and sun loungers.
The bedrooms are very tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfy with top quality bedding.... a bonus.
The bathrooms were, again, fitted out to a very high standard .. great showers.. and I loved the lighting!!
Andy was most helpful both at the time of booking and when we got to Portugal.
In fact we had a slight problem with the air con in one of the bedrooms ... Andy got onto his agent straight away and it was fixed the next day..... we thank you for your prompt response (there was a heat wave.. and it was 40 degrees outside!!!)
We really enjoyed our stay there, the house is very well maintained and spotlessly clean....we hope to return. Thank you Andy.

Fantastic property and Host.
3 of us stayed at Andy's property last week. It's in a fantastic location and the property has everything that you would expect to have and more. Full Sky HD (all the channels) was an added bonus. You will need a car to get around as the nearest supermarket is a couple of miles away. Andy was a great host and was on hand whenever we needed him and communicated regularly with us as soon as we made the initial booking.
We will be booking with Andy again next year and look forward to returning to Vale do Lobo.
