The apartment has 2 nicely sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and its own smart tv and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a work desk. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with very nice and modern rain shower. The living room is located in the lower level with a dining table and a great lounging area where you can enjoy the Smart TV with spectrum cable and ability to stream all your favorite apps. There is a washer and dryer downstairs.

Located in the heart of new Louisville as locals call it, our apartment is just at the end of popular Frankfort Ave. It is within walking distance to restaurants, boutique shopping, craft beer pubs, so many of Louisville’s best bourbon distilleries, Waterfront Park, the new botanical gardens, and the Lynn Family soccer stadium. We are a 5 minute drive to the downtown hospitals and business, Louisville, KFC Yum! Center, Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, the Kentucky Exposition Center Slugger Bat Museum, Muhammad Ali Museum. Also easy access to bike and jogging paths along the Ohio river.
