Welcome to river living, our home has approximately 100 ft of picturesque Ohio River frontage. If you're seeking a tranquil retreat with a touch of adventure, you've found the perfect spot. Our property offers river views with a park-like setting that's home to local wildlife, including deer and turkey, making it a nature lover's paradise but with the convenience of delicious restaurants and groceries within a 3 mile radius and downtown Louisville only 11 miles away.

The first floor of our home is where plenty of entertainment space awaits with darts, a projector, and stunning river views. On this same floor you can find, two inviting bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen bed and the other with side by side twin beds. A jack and jill full bathroom ensures convenience for all guests.

Ascend to the second story, to find an open-concept kitchen - with luxury appliances, a Nespresso and a Keurig coffee machines - that seamlessly flows into the vaulted great room. Slide open the deck door to reveal a breathtaking view of the Ohio River, and step onto the expansive deck to savor your morning coffee or an evening sunset. The Primary bedroom with a walk in closet and attached bathroom are also located on this floor. Watch the sunset over the river from almost every window in the home. There is no shortage of views with the "million dollar" 180 degree river views.

Note: To enter the home, access is either through the first floor side door (when facing the house walk around to the right) or upon the second story deck door (when facing the house walk to the left to access the stairs).

There is no access to the water. Any one violating these rules will be asked to leave with a fine.
