2. House Rules Required: Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and submit a refundable $500 security hold (via secure OwnerRez system). The hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages occur.

3. Events & Cancellation Policy: Louisville is a city of festivals! Our home is a prime location for guests attending the Kentucky Derby, Bourbon & Beyond, Louder Than Life, and more. Please note, a strict cancellation policy is in effect for Derby and Bourbon & Beyond dates.

4. No visitors allowed unless approved by the host in advance.

5. Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, the property is professionally cleaned and sanitized. We offer 24/7 guest support. For security, exterior-only cameras are located at the front of the home monitoring the parking area and front door. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.

6. No early check-in or late check-out** on same-day turnovers.

7. When available, early/late check options: $100 (≤2 hrs), $250 (2–4 hrs), full night rate (>4 hrs).
