Great stay in Louisville
The house was lovely, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We stayed for CU graduation and it was very convenient, especially with Ubers. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Highly recommend!

Great house that is very family and pet friendly
We spent 3 weeks in Louisville and enjoyed visits with family from Washington and Colorado and celebrated our granddaughter 3rd birthday. The house was walking distance to great restaurants, walking trails and a great dog park and playground. Nice backyard for our dog . Overall a perfect place for us. Kristen.and Eric are great hosts.

Great neighborhood
Good communication with the owner. House in good standing. Great neighborhood if you have a dog : dog park around the corner and great walking trail 3 min away. Close to downtown where there are good restaurants.

Wonderful little house in great location!
We enjoyed our late December stay to visit our son and his fiancé in Louisville. Great location in cute Louisville, near Boulder and Denver and skiing. We even did some winter rock climbing outdoors since the weather was so temperate. The house was cute and clean and well-equipped, perfect size for our group of 4 with a bed to spare. In a nice neighborhood not far from downtown Louisville. Thanks so much!

Wonderful Hosts
Stayed with family from all over the country to watch our son graduate from CU Boulder. It was a quick drive to Boulder. This property has access to really nice, safe walking trails nearby. Downtown Louisville was lovely. Our host Kristen gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Wonderful stay in Louisville Home
Myself, my 4 adult children, son-in-law, and a family friend as well as my daughters French bulldogs spent a week in this wonderful home. Our reason for traveling was my youngest son and a friend participated in the Harvest Moon Triathlon. Louisville was close to Boulder, Denver, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park which we thoroughly enjoyed. If we ever get back to Colorado we would love to stay here again. I’ve stayed in several homes on vacation before and this home was stocked better than any I’ve ever stayed in. We had laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish and dishwasher detergent, paper towels etc - it was GREAT! My grand dogs loved the back yard as well as the rest of us - we had a fire every night. I cannot say enough good/great things about this home and our stay. Thanks so much

What a beautiful place
Perfect place to stay for your mountain getaway. Eric and Kristen are SUPER responsive and just wonderful hosts. Kids loves the time there as well as easy access to Mountains and Denver. Lovely home, lovely neighbors and close to great restaurants and shopping. Thank you for the perfect vacation

We loved the house! There were 4 of us (two couples) so there was an extra bedroom for napping downstairs. We weren’t there a lot but it was everything we anticipated. We didnt walk downtown though we could have. I did walk to the bike/walk path near the neighborhood and encourage everyone who stays here to check it out. Kristen was available via phone/text.

We enjoyed our stay, the owner was responsive and accommodating. The place was well stocked with basics. Location was great, only a short walk to the town and great walking trails. The only recommendation I would make is to add better lighting as it seemed a bit dark in the living area and bedrooms.

Good location, host responded quickly to questions while booking. Disappointed in condition of parts of house needing deep clean specifically bathrooms and furniture. Many rooms too dark needing more lights ( and needed replacement bulbs in 4 lamps ) Well stocked with basic supplies.

Great visit
We rented this property to attend my nephew’s graduation in Boulder. The house was perfect for our needs and we loved the town of Louisville. The owners left a detailed and incredibly helpful welcome packet, including a list of local restaurant recommendations. That was a big win when arriving in town with two hungry kids! A great experience all around.

Great place and had everything we needed
We visited Louisville to celebrate our granddaughter first birthday. We were very fortunate to have our entire family visit during our month. The house was perfect, close to walking trails , downtown shops and restaurants several dog parks the house had everything we needed and Kristin and Eric were very helpful. Our dog really enjoyed the back yard and watching the squirrels. Thanks for a great stay!!

Excellent property
Needed a place for family to stay and visit while in the Denver area. This property fit our needs perfectly. The property is in a nice quite neighborhood but close to pretty much anything you need. Comfortable for six people. Kitchen is a bit small but it worked fine.

Perfect location!
This family-friendly home was exactly the one we were looking for. It was within walking distance to Main Street for great restaurants and also easy access to trails. Eric and Kristen are great host, any issue we had was promptly taken care of. We would definitely stay again!

Great little house in wonderful location
We were so happy to find a rental home that fit our family of 5 adults and 2 dogs! The neighborhood is conveniently located in between Denver and Estes Park with all the amenities of Boulder around. We especially enjoyed the close walking trail that led through a meadow and woods with a meandering creek. Beautiful! The owners were extremely helpful and show how much they care for their guests. Hope to stay there again!

Location was great in terms of closeness to Boulder and Denver. Louisville also was a nice little town with many amenities. Home was very clean and a perfect home for a small family gathering. Owner was very responsive and check in was very easy.

Kristin’s place was close to trails, parks, dog parks and a 20 minute walk into downtown Louisville. Stocked kitchen and a BBQ in the small back yard that our dog enjoyed...the backyard, not the BBQ. Great stay.

Great Location
We are looking to move out in the area and loved the location within walking distance to town, trails and a great park. Delicious local food! Neighborhood was very quiet, with some nice neighborhood kids. Everyone was very friendly. House was very clean and we all loved the beds and slept great! Kristen was very responsive to any questions I had and was great to coordinate with. Highly recommend!

Much as I would love to give this property 5 stars overall, they are in need of all new pillows, broken mirror replacement needed in upper bath and slats broken/missing/warped in downstairs bunk bed making it unsafe for anyone to sleep in the upper bunk. We had an issue with a toilet and owner was very quick to respond. We also requested light bulbs for both bathrooms but never got them. All easy to change items and nothing that would stop us from staying here again. The location was great for us and having a big back yard for the dogs was amazing. We were hoping to put that yard to better use except for the huge snow storm we got!! Fairly well appointed kitchen but we didn't do a lot of cooking while there.

Very nice!
The home was very clean upon entering. Check-in process was SUPER easy. It’s in an adorable neighborhood and had lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. There was even a fun little walking train where my kids played in the snow for hours! We did drive to other towns (Gunnison & Winter Park) which were a few hours away but totally worth it! I would highly recommend! The only thing we’d suggest is to add hooks in the garage to hang wet clothes. 😀

Outstanding Plus!
We live in the mountains just west of Boulder and needed a place to hideout for a week while there was construction at our house. So glad that we found Kristen & Eric's property! This house is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to Boulder and east Boulder County. Louisville is the quintessential small town and this house is very close to walking trails and an easy walk to downtown Louisvile. The house is more than squeaky clean. (There are no cringe factors!) The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. Bed is ultra comfortable with high end linens. The house is beautifully decorated and warm. There is a fenced yard for those of us with dogs. We have been utilizing VRBO for about 20 years and this house is definitely at the top of the list. It was accurately described and actually exceeded our expectations. For a good base to explore Boulder and the surrounding area, I don't think you could do any better.

The property is in a nice quiet residential location. It's not far from Boulder or Denver. Easy access to CU Boulder, which was what brought us to Colorado. Good restaurants nearby and lots of walking trails. We would definitely visit this property again! :)

It was what we expected. Location was great, close to expressway, and 15 minutes to downtown Boulder. Tons of trails and hiking. In residential area, park with playground 3 blocks away. 1 mile to downtown Louisville with lots of restaurants and ice cream shops.

Home Away From Home
We loved staying at Eric & Kristin's home! It is very cozy and equipped with everything that you could need. The backyard has a nice patio with a table and chairs and is located next to a trail/bike path which we enjoyed walking on every day. The neighbors are lovely and made us feel like we lived there. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

perfect for my extended work trip!
I had a great extended stay at this property. The hosts are amazing and responsive. The house is stocked with all of the essentials and amenities, including high speed internet. My dogs loved the fenced yard and walking on the neighborhood trails (there is even a dog park down the street). If you need a nice place to stay for a family vacation or an extended work trip in the Louisville/Boulder area, I highly recommend this place.

Great, dog-friendly house!
We needed a dog-friendly house with a fenced backyard with a 6-foot high fence for our two dogs, one of which is a jumper. This house was a perfect fit for us! The location is convenient to downtown Louisville, a dog park and numerous trails. The house was clean and well stocked for our stay. Kristen was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to the few questions that we had. Check-in was easy, and the dogs loved the backyard - thanks, Kristen!
