This 800 sq feet upstairs apartment of a duplex features a small full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 2, 1 full bathroom with large step-in shower, a large bedroom area with a medium firm queen bed, a couch/sofa bed, and High speed internet and a Smart TV. Washer/dryer available. Premium bedding, linens, and towels. There is a staircase with 17 steps leading up to the apartment. There is a large back yard with a nice patio area with seating, gas grill and private parking in the back and free on street parking in the front.
Because of our close proximity to Louisville’s vibrant nightlife, the eclectic dining scene & shopping it’s no wonder visitors flock here to get a taste of something amazing! Walk to the hottest music and entertainment venue- Old Forester Paristown Hall! Don’t forget about Ky Derby and all the Bourbon Distilleries! We are the Napa Valley of Bourbon!!!
