You'll find many little touches to make your stay more comfortable. extra blankets, umbrellas, Google Mini for all your Tv and lamp control as well as music and trivia needs, board games, and a Smart HD TV for Netflicks, Hulu, and HD local stations.

The front bedroom features a king sized memory foam bed, closet, casual chair with ottoman and access to the large front porch.

Front bathroom features antique clawfoot tub with shower and plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and even spare toothbrushes in case you've forgotten something. Plenty of clean towels, washcloths and hair dryer are also included!

The back bedroom features a queen sized memory foam mattress, desk area, and ensuite full bathroom with shower, toiletries, and hair dryer.

The kitchen has all major stainless steel appliances along with a full set (6 place settings) of bowls, plates, utensils, and cooking items including pots, pans, baking dishes, waffle iron, toaster, and coffee pot (with Starbucks coffee & creamer) along with a Keurig. There is a full laundry off of the kitchen and detergent and dryer sheets are there for your use.

You have access to all areas of the home. There is one closet in the living room that is locked that has our holiday items, surplus tools and cleaning supplies.

Our personal residence is a short 3 miles away! We respect your privacy but we're close by if you need help!

Germantown is one of Louisville’s oldest areas, with an original shop, bar, or restaurant on nearly every corner. A wave of restoration and renovation has created a mix of old and new, maintaining history while welcoming hip new eateries and bars.

Most locations downtown are within a $5- $8 Uber/Lyft ride. Bus transportation (TARC) pick-up is directly across the street. Bike rental around the city can be arranged at your convenience for an extra charge. There is also a free electric shuttle called LouLift. You can visit Louisville TARC's home page to see a copy of the LouLift schedule. I have not used it yet myself so if you check it out, let me know!
