Located in a QUIET & SAFE neighborhood, this family-friendly home is located close to Downtown Louisville & Churchill Downs (18 min), Expo Center & airport (15 min). Bardstown, the Bourbon capitol, is 35 min away. We are also 5 min from Parklands @ Floyds Fork park system - home to 60 miles of hiking, biking & paddling trails & a big playground.


Upon entering into the living room, you will be greeted with Southern Kentucky charm! We have searched high and low to make this space comfortable and unique! The good-sized kitchen is fully stocked, minus your groceries. We are a family that loves to cook on vacation, so we have tried our hardest to provide anything and everything that we could think of to make your cooking experience easy! There is a Keurig that brews pods (several included) or a pot (as much as your heart desires), electric kettle with an assortment of teas & a milk warmer/frother. Fresh eggs will be provided in season. There are 3 bedrooms with one having a dedicated workspace. We have several board games, books, and toys. The big privately fenced backyard has a firepit with firewood provided, gas grill, cornhole boards, pickleball net, 2 razor scooters, hammock, sandbox and lots of seating!
