"Dirty room, dusty and poor upkeep. Poor housekeeping service that did not reliably come to clean the room regularly and when they did, it was a poor job. They did not pick-up/change towels left in the tub. Bed-making was a joke and looked disheveled. Room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Had to have it disinfected three times. Left a message at the front desk to call the manager about the situation and they never returned the call. TV did not work properly and maintenance could not fix...

"The floor was carpeted but there are uneven spots. The room was muggy and the AC never quite worked so it was uncomfortable. The room also smelled weird.
There was a school baseball team staying here that same night so it was loud and crowded which didn’t help feeling the discomfort. The staff seemed indifferent, robotic and wasn’t friendly at all.(front desk woman)"
