"Clean room, good breakfast, shop nearby"

"Serviços de valet bom, mas caríssimo. Hotel necessita renovação de tvs"

"Counter and breakfast staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only issue with evening staff was there was only one person and they seemed to be trying to do a lot of things which took them away from the counter. Had a number of people come to the counter looking for assistance. The counter person would usually show up after a short wait."

"Everything was in order"

"Was a really nice stay over 3 nights. Breakfast, although small, was good. However, we did find 2 socks from a previous guest around the room. Also, one VERY HELPFUL recommendation: we had an accessible room because I'm currently on a knee scooter. There is no lift. If you have big suitcases and are assign to the second floor, you have to carry the baggage by...

"The room was very nice and the staff was excellent"
