Casas de Férias em Loudon, TN

"This is a very nice place to stay. It's quite and peaceful and located out in the country. It's quite a bit away from town but the drive is nice and scenic. The house was very clean, it had everything you need. It has a little jar of candy to enjoy as well. The bed was comfortable. We didn't cook or eat while we were there. We only slept there. My wife, son and I attended the Tennessee VOLS game and just needed some where to sleep. Will definitely stay here again."

"This barndominium was perfectly decorated and supplied. Very comfortable bedding and towels. Would be great for a couples trip or a family. Comfortable furniture and great outdoor space. Very peaceful, clean and highly recommend."

"I would highly recommend staying at this property. Impeccably clean. Everything that you need is there. The porch is to die for. I would live on that porch if I lived in that property. Everything was just so comfortable. The owners were incredible and their communication was superb. If you are ever in this area of Tennessee, you've got to stay here. It was so incredibly peaceful."

"Cute house, quite neighborhood, and great location!"

"10/10 Recommend!! Beautiful property! Between the cozy living room big enough for any family, to the huge game room, and plenty of space outdoors it’s perfect for any size family! Kim was so nice and a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with, she made the process of checking in/out smooth. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!"

"Our stay was great and close to the marina where we needed to be for my son’s tournament. The only issue we had was the shower clogging up and not draining properly. We had to plunge it after each shower. Host was great, house was clean with plenty of sleeping arrangements, and location was great. Would definitely stay there again,"

"We had a great stay! Cute little place, perfect for what we needed!"

"Great location near a beautiful lake. Owner was very responsive!"

"This is a great VRBO and host. We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The decor was very nice, beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were nicely stocked. Kim, the host, was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved that we could bring our furry friends with us also. The home was exactly as pictured and described. This is the second time we have stayed for over a week each time. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend. Kingston is a nice little...

"Very quiet clean comfortable and convenient. Shower is a bit small. You have to like memory foam mattresses. I would stay there again."

"Lovely house on a wooded lot - perfect place to call home for a few days while we were in Knoxville!"

"This is definitely a solid rental choice. Nothing fancy but completely adequate with a great location. Beds were comfortable. It is clear that it is run by a rental agency rather than a private owner as evidenced by some lacking personal touches such as hand soap and other toiletries, but for a last minute rental, I have no real complaints. I would stay here again if necessary."

"Very nicely updated property. It was very clean and not too far from area amenities. Located in a quiet neighborhood.the only 'negative' (and it's minor) is that i did not get the access code for the front door before we got there but the owner answered my call and provided it.property has many nice upgrades. it was perfect for what we were looking for!"

"We recently stayed at Sweet Haven while looking for a house to purchase in the Maryville area. It was the perfect location. Everything was just as you would expect in a VRBO, clean, very comfortable beds in wonderfully large bedrooms, well appointed kitchen. The front porch was my favorite place. Communication with the host was seamless and we would definitely stay here in the future."

"I enjoyed the tiny train car. The owners are great and the property is beautiful. The only thing that bothered me was the very high security deposit that did not appeared on the Expedia website but came in later in an email."

"Everything from the listing was accurate and lived up to the pictures. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It is a very peaceful getaway spot!"

"Pros: The location of this property was close to family and suited my budget well. It's a cute little two-bedroom one-bath home that has been renovated. The kitchen is beautifully modern and bright. There is no dining table, but a couple of stools at a tall counter are available. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating. The bath is beautifully appointed with lovely tile and a modern shower. The main bedroom has a king memory foam mattress which felt to be medium firm. There is a...
