"Truly on the waterfront with a gorgeous view across the Grand River, we enjoyed a relaxing view. High tide, low tide were all fabulous. Much wildlife kept us entertained. Incredibly quiet location! Conveniently located to explore the western half of Prince Edward Island -- 3 day trips to a variety of provincial parks, beaches, harbors, agriculture, aquaculture & wind farms were a few sights during our travels."

"It a very peaceful campground. Our children loved all the things they offered for play, pool, hot tub, park and trampoline. The cottage was very cozy, clean and comfortable. I will be back again! "

"We loved our stay at Cordial house. The house has a lot of charm. I appreciate that they had ample amounts of towels, soap and toilet paper for our week stay. This was a legit cabin so creaky floors and old time looking decorations. The view alone would give us reason to book here again. Our kids loved being in the yard and watching the sunset. Checking in and out was a simple process. "

"Perfect spot for a family vacation. The property was well appointed and had great access to the water. Check in was smooth and the stay was lovely. "

"Everything about this property helped my family and I relax and enjoy our vacation. The home was close to the locations we wanted to visit. The extra items like kayaks and stand-up paddle board were enjoyable. There was plenty of space to run in the backyard between the house and the waterfront. One evening the sky was so clear the milky way was easy to spot. We would seek out this property again if we visit Prince Edward Island in the future."

"Darcy was very helpful and responsive to all our concerns and inquires. The property was very clean and in good condition. There is 1 tub/ shower combo and 1 walk in shower. No ceiling fans, so we brought a table top fan for the bedroom. We had permission to bring our two dogs. We enjoyed the view, the quiet and the partially covered deck that provided shade, if you wanted it. The outdoor furniture is wood, so we brought camp chairs. Lovely relaxing stay. "

"The property was located in a location that is easy to drive to Cavendish beaches and the Anne of Green Gables Heritage site. There is a lovely coffee shop just a 3 minute drive away. There is a small view of the water from the front porch. "

"Our family was very comfortable here, exactly as described! We had everything we needed for our stay. It is a quiet property - fantastic views! We found exploring the Island very easy with The Riverfront Skiff as our homebase."

"This property and our Super Host Pam made our stay in Prince Edward Island a 10 plus experience. We highly recommend this property in any season. This home has everything you will need for a very comfortable stay as well as laundry at your finger tips . We cannot say enough wonderful things about Pam and Mark . Thank you for a fabulous experience . "

"It was an amazing place to stay. The location is quiet and away from tourist areas, yet just a short drive to anywhere you want to go."

"This is a beautiful cottage with all of the amenities! The cottage was very clean and so spacious. The hot tub and steam room were great for relaxing after a hard day of vacationing. We really took a liking to the hanging chairs outside and are now going to get some of our own! Thank you for opening up your beautiful cottage so we can all enjoy it! "

"Overall, a lovely century home with older features we would have expected. It definitely suited our purposes for twelve people. However, we left a list of items that would have been helpful as well as safety and fire concerns. Our biggest disappointment was we were assured of a bed on the main floor for our 90 year old mother to stay with us. A mattress taken off a bunk bed and left on the living room floor was not what we expected."
