Das Haus selbst befindet sich nicht dort, wo es laut Anzeige und auch der übermittelten GPS Positionen sein soll, sondern in der Siedlung Casablanca ca. 1 km vom Ortskern entfernt. Die Anzeige selbst ist auch missverständlich, wenn von Gemeinschaftsbereichen und privaten Terrassen die Rede ist.
