"Everything was perfect! The host was responsive to our questions and helpful in providing spices, ice and directions to the property. The beds were comfortable as were the living room and dining room furniture. There were books for reading and puzzles for working. The yard was fenced for our small dog and the decor was great. We definitely will return again when our travels bring us to the area. Highly recommend."

"Darling little house in historic Albuquerque. Can walk to restaurants and a park, which is freat if staying with pets. I would definitely stay here again"

"We had a couple of glitches with the stay but Jake was extremely attentive and fixed everything. I stay in ABQ many times per year and will continue to seek out Jake and his properties for my stays here."

"We were in town for a baseball tournament and this house was perfect. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and the house for us comfortably. The kids loved the game room and had fun sleeping in the bunk room. The kitchen and common area was so large and made it easy to hang out and cook. The views from the deck were spectacular and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The hot tub was a bonus! Communication with the owners was fast and he was very helpful and friendly. Completely recommend this house...

"This house was everything we were looking for and more-amazing architecture, every amenity you could need, beautiful scenic views, and a good location. Initially we had reservations about the owners living on site (in their own private quarters), but after reading the other reviews we decided to give it a try and we're so happy we did. "Over night stay. Next to a nice park. Did hear music rhythm through adjacent room, just loud enough to keep me awake until 10-11. Unfortunately I was leaving at 2am and could have used the sleep. Will bring ear plugs on my travels next time just in case. Did not use bidet or shower. A bit more involved than I wanted to try."

"Lugar incrível! Jardim impressionante! Super bem cuidado! Perto do old town precisa de carros para ir a shopping grande! Mas tem um lugar perto com diversos restaurantes e cafeteira! No hoje o restante é estilo comidas mexicanas! Não tomei café no hotel! Mas gostei muito do jantar no primeiro dia! Decoração com estilo do local! Interessante os quadros e móveis da recepção!"
