"The cottage was exactly as described / photographed. Checkin was easy (we received a door code the day before check-in), and having a dedicated parking spot really streamlined the load-in. The entire house was clean and well laid-out. Communication with our host was pleasant and prompt, and they were very accommodating. The area felt very safe, and we loved walking around the local shops, cafes and restaurants. The farmer's market on Monday is worth your time as well. I'd certainly stay here...

"We came at a great time of the year. Very quiet and not too many people here right now. We've enjoyed the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. This place is right next door to the natural hot springs and public swimming pool. There's a cute little farm across the street...this is an awesome place for families as well as couples trying to get away from the hustle and bustle. "

"We loved this place! Exactly as advertised and the owner instantly answered all our questions. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen and we were able to cook many meals here and saved hundreds of dollars on dining out costs. The hub tub in the back was an added nice touch and we enjoyed it every night. Finally, this house was ideal for our medium size dog. She loved the back yard and was very relaxed here. We will definitely come back. "

"The location of this condo is unique in that you are not directly looking down on the beach and parking lot due to a roof of the lower condo in front of the 2nd floor patio, but directly onto the ocean beyond the beach. It gives it a more secluded private feeling while being in the middle of everything at the tiny beach town of Cayucos, which we loved. The condo has everything we needed. "DeSolina was a beautiful and romantic little one bedroom cottage. It was perfectly described. Easy to find, easy to check into, and within steps of Sexton Winery. What is not to love!?!? One word of caution, even though the cottage is very spacious, the kitchenette is basically just a refrigerator and a microwave. So plan accordingly. But everything else was absolutely perfect. Would definitely come back again."
