Perfect house!
Great home to stay in. We were a group of 16 friends that get together 1x a year. This was our 39th year and 2nd time staying here. Room for everyone, home is well stocked with all kitchen and linen items. The view can’t be beat and we enjoyed sitting out in the back yard. Comfortable beds, great communication, clean home. You want to stay here!!!!

Everything We Needed for a Big Family
We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space for the 4 different families (my parents, my 2 sisters and their families, and my family), even with the weather not being great and needing to spend more time in the house than anticipated. The house also had a bunch of useful items for our kids- high chairs and booster seats, pack and plays and cribs, and toys for the older kids. The view is wonderful, and there is a nice yard for kids to play in. We made the short drive into Montana de Oro for a hike in the dunes which was fun for the whole family. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place for family weekend
We love the central coast area, and our stay in Los Osos was just perfect. Lots to do and then a lovely home to come back to with plenty of room and beautiful views all over the place.

Family Getaway in Los Osos
This was the absolute perfect property for our stay. Nestled in a quiet residential area, this home had absolutely stunning views from the kitchen, dining room and two of the bedrooms as well as the back yard. This is a large home and there was plenty of room for our family to either hang out together or spread out for a bit of private relaxation. While a bit dated in places, the homeowner is definitely working on modernizing and the home is very well equipped and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is available. The game rooms, both pool and ping pong tables, provided entertainment when the weather was not conducive to being outside. Plenty of space to allow the family to dine together. The home is conveniently located within minutes of Los Osos and several state parks as well as only a short drive to Morro Bay. The homeowner was very responsive to any and all questions and provided a bunch of information about things to do, restaurants, entertainment, etc in the area. Highly recommend if you need a large, comfortable home to host family or friends. The gorgeous view and game rooms are icing on the cake! 5 stars all around!

A well-appointed home base for vacation
Los Osos is a gorgeous place with lots of nearby trails and scenic beauty. The house itself was so comfortable with such magnificent views of Morro Bay, we might never have ventured out! Between the pool table, pingpong table, and piano playing we were well-entertained. The kitchen was fantastic for our group that prefers to self-cater on vacation. The first floor accessibility (bedrooms and all gathering areas) was perfect for the mobility impaired elders. And there are about 20 species of bird that happily pass through the back yard, especially in response to bird seed. We couldn't recommend this rental property more highly.

Wonderful Home in Los Osos
This was our second stay. Plenty of room..2 eating areas, 2 living areas and a game room with pool table…all rooms have a beautiful view of Morro Bay!

Amazing view, Spacious, forever memories
We had our first stay in los Osos with extended family. I needed to find somewhere to fit a multitude of us. This worked perfectly! The house had nearly every amenity we could need, infant items, toys for children to play with, games for adults to play, a Kitchen with every gadget you could need and even beach items. We happened to visit on a weekend there was a heat wave and did not realize the property did not have AC but had plenty of fans to help. We were pleasantly surprised with the smart tvs in each room. This cozy home is in a beautiful neighborhood in a cute town where everyone around seemed kind, and actually said hi to you when you walked past. We hope to return with our family one day!

Fabulous family getaway
Home was just what we were looking for. No one felt cramped or unable to find a private space. Allowed everyone in the family to stay under one roof to experience coffee in the mornings with stunning views, happy hour out back in the beautiful backyard and fantastic football Sunday. We were here for my son’s wedding on Saturday in SLO. It was the perfect extended weekend. Thanks for your hospitality.

Friendly property manager
This house has a gorgeous view and wonderful lawn to play and relax on with a view. The style is a bit outdated but it is well kept and clean. The property manager is easy to get a hold of and very helpful if needed.

Fantastic view of The Rock
Large home that 10 of us stayed in for a 4 days in Los Osos. Great central coast location with awesome views of Morro Bay from the home. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils. Pool table and ping pong table for fun activities. Close to Montano de Oro park for hiking and Morro Bay for restaurants. Communications with owner were timely and helpful. Overall, experience was positive and I recommend this home.

A Special Graduation Celebration !
Your home was beautiful, comfortable and spacious for our family celebration. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, play games and visit. The bedrooms and bathroom were also very comfortable and well appointed. Everyone also enjoyed the pool table! And, of course, the view of Morro Bay and Morro Rock was the cherry on top! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Perfect home to host a large family!
Check in was about as easy as it gets. We had a pre-thanksgiving extended family gathering with my in laws, brother and sister in law and our kids and grandchild (ages ranged from 4 to late teens for the kids). The first thing we all noted was the amazing view of the bay from the backyard, the kitchen and the master bedroom, which all faced North. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. We had most of our meals there and bbq’d two nights on the outside Weber grill. The kids were always entertained with the game room that included the pool table. Previous guests had damaged a couple of the pool ques and when the property manager checked on us to see if we needed anything, my wife must have mentioned it to her because she was there with replacements within an hour or so. If you are looking for a large home to accommodate a big family, this is it! You won’t find anything even close to this in price on the central coast. Parking is somewhat limited because of the rental ordnances from the county that won’t allow parking on the street, but there are options a couple of blocks down the street for overflow parking. You can still get 5-6 vehicles in the driveway/garage, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again next year.

Great Stay in Los Osos
Our group of friends loves to come to Morro Bay to spend time together and celebrate life! This house was the perfect location to not only accommodate all of us (9 adults) but also is well set up and is close to many of the areas that we love to visit! The house was clean, offered a great game room where we were able to play pool, ping-pong and board games along with a great view of the "rock" in Morro Bay. Beautiful place - thanks so much!

Beautiful and spacious home perfect for family vacation!
This spacious and beautiful home was just perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children! With 5 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms it had plenty of room for us all. There was abundant room for different family activities in the large kitchen with breakfast area, separate dining room, living room, family room and game room with pool table. The spectacular view of Morro Bay from all the common areas was absolutely amazing! The property manager, Denise, was extremely hospitable and kind, and responsive to any questions or requests we had. This home provided my family with a comfortable and memorable vacation!

Spacious and beautiful
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Denise’s house. There was plenty of room for our 9 adults and 6 kids. We relaxed, played pool and ping-pong, hiked, drove to nearby beaches. The house was spotless and the views stunning! Highly recommend this house.

Fun in South Lake Tahoe
This property was perfect for our family. It is nestled next to some great walking trails. It is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town, but it is close enough to drive in when desired. The house was clean and had some fun extras (jacuzzi and pool table). It's nice to have multiple entertainment areas to acommodate our large family. I would recommend it.

Denise from day one was very interested in making the stay great. She let us change check-in a little to make it work for part of the family. Well maintained and clean. It is an older home taken well care of. The area and Town was very laid back and casual. Would stay there again if we go to that area!

We had a fabulous time with our family at the Morrow Bay house. It was comfortable very large, but enough to give us all plenty of space. And most of all, it was very well equipped for everything activities as well as cooking as well as parking as well as relaxing in the yard.

Perfect for our women's group retreat!
The six of us loved having our annual retreat here! We had plenty of space and enjoyed fixing meals together in the well-stocked and large kitchen. The view was awesome…quiet neighborhood, proximity to beaches, hiking trails, Audubon bird lookout, restaurants. Denise was so wonderful and so accessible. She went out of her way to accommodate us in every way. No wonder she has over 100 five star ratings!! We would love to stay here again!!

Super central coast spot
Denise is a wonderful host. She is so responsive and has great resources for local hikes, activities and restaurants. The view from the house is unbelievable and the location is perfect if you want to explore the local area. The house was clean and well kept. We loved the pool table for fun family activities on the cold nights when we stayed indoors.

Amazing view, clean, quiet
The vacation home was fantastic, just as advertised. Beautiful ocean and city view, very quiet residential neighborhood, gas fireplaces for warm atmosphere, comfortable furniture and beds, lots of hot shower water, no steps entry. Real bonuses were the extremely well stocked kitchen with spices, plenty of pans, coffee maker and keurig, and a pantry full of extra food, condiments in the refrigerator. My family really enjoyed the closeness to Montana de Oro state park (free), the pool table, ping pong, and the piano. Denise, the host, was extremely accommodating, texted frequently to make sure our stay was comfortable and even offered to send some dinner to the house when we arrived late due to flight cancellations. Everything about the house was first class, no complaints at all.

Great getaway with friends and family
We have stayed for 3 days at this property with elementary school age kids. We all had great time, the house was very comfortable and offered more than enough space for everyone to gather and also have some privacy. The view was excellent, we would definetely want to come back later again.

This home has everything for everyone with an incredible ocean view, tucked in a quiet neighborhood plus an amazing host- Denise! Highly recommend. 9 of us stayed comfortably for Thanksgiving week. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a huge meal. Mixers, crock pot, double oven, so many platters, cooking dishes, pots, pans, 2 fridges, everything! Pool table, ping pong, big yard, multiple rooms so everyone can find a quiet spot to read, do a puzzle or play a card game. Or do movie night as there’s a big TV with streaming channels. Los Osos is about 20-west of 101 so you don’t get the heavy traffic and tourism of Avila or Pismo which we loved. This home is minutes from the beach and amazing hiking and mountain biking trails. There’s a Rite-Aid, Raleys and Starbucks 5- min from the property or about 15-20 min there’s a Target, Whole Foods, BevMo, CVS, etc. You are 30- min from Avila (awesome bike path and a beach for smaller kids) and Pismo (awesome beach town, restaurants, bigger waves for boogie boarding and surfing). Morro Bay is right there where you can walk the beach for sand dollars, see sea otters and seals and the famous Rock. We did a day trip to Solvang to see the village and for brunch and then went horseback riding in Refugio at Circle B Bar Ranch. It was so much fun. You are 20- min from downtown San Luis Obispo where we shopped and had dinner at Novo on their back patio along the creek. It was gorgeous and delicious. Or you can stay home and enjoy this huge home that feels so cozy!

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. I am glad you found the house comfortable and spacious. We are considering making the 12 foot kitchen island a bit narrower to provide extra room for sharing the cooking area with multiple cooks. I hope to see you return in the future. Denise

Everyone in our party enjoyed this home thoroughly. Denise is an excellent host and very responsive. This vacation set an example for us to have such low key vacations where you just spend time with friends and this house had everything we needed for time to chill. The views were awesome, backyard beautifully maintained, kitchen is well stocked. All rooms were quite spacious and beautifully and passionately decorated keeping in mind comforts of the guest. We loved it and can't wait to come back with our large group of friends.

Wonderful place for an extended family visit
A total of 10 of us (family members ages 2 to 69) stayed here for 5 nights and found it to be perfect, both in location and proximity to parks, beaches, and town, as well as in the layout of the house. There are multiple areas on the bottom floor for different groupings of people to gather including a very commodious kitchen, a family room, and a great game room. The back yard is wonderful for both kids and adults, and the views are fantastic. Denise was very attentive and available but we didn't really need to contact her for anything other than checking in and checking out. We would very happily stay here again!

Family Time
Thank you Denise! The house was as we expected with beautiful views of Morro Bay. It was big and all of us had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. If I had to pick a negative aspect of the house it would be the water pressure in the shower. Other than that it was a great place to stay with family. Close to the beach, restaurants, and the pier. Will definitely return!

Gorgeous view of Morro Bay
We loved the coastal location of this property and being able to visit Cambria, Morro Bay and Avila beach all within 15-30 minutes drive. The view from the backyard is stunning, even when there is fog. We had 7 people in our group and there was ample room for all of us to have space to work remotely as needed. We made use of the pool table, piano, and even the ping pong table!
