El Monte 2 - El Monte

El Monte is a semi-detached house with two apartments. El Monte is about half of the apartments Las Papayeras. Each house has a separate entrance and is completely optically isolated from each other so that each party can enjoy privacy. The apartments are rented separately. If necessary, you can also be rented together and the connecting door in the hallway between the two apartments opens. Currently, only El Monte 2 is rented. Each house has its own outdoor area with a small terrace with lounge furniture and two deck chairs and a parasol. The garden has been beautifully landscaped and there is a view of Los Llanos and can see in the distance the sea. The 70sqm living space spread over a combined living room with kitchenette and dining table, a bedroom and a bathroom. The apartments are bright, because the living / dining area and the bedrooms are oriented to the terrace side. The equipment is simple, but everything you need is available.

Above Los Llanos to El Monte is located on only 425müM. Casa El Monte consists of 2 apartments that can be connected to each other when needed. Currently, only rented an apartment. Just below El Monte are the two apartments Las Papayeras A and B, which you also find in our offer.   The two apartments each have a private terrace with beautiful views of Los Llanos, between the terraces is a partition.   El Monte is suitable for couples who want a central base on the island. In only 10 minutes you are in Puerto de Tazacorte on the beach. Also for hikers, the apartments are well suited.
