"I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice."

"The property needs an upgrade, it looks old. We stayed in a Luxury suite and it didn’t have even have a robe nor slippers. The pool area is too quiet, not even lounge music, to get a drink takes forever. The main bar area is overpriced and no ambient, the tables and chairs are very old. We literally spend the entire day out or in other hotels like the one next door. Hotel Has potential-but needs lots of improvements."

The pools were awesome, I loved how there were 3 + the VIP pool that we got access to with staying in the suite. Honestly the photos do not do us justice. The only reason we stayed here was due to the wedding, we would’ve picked a different place based on the photos alone, but it’s actually gorgeous in person. The cliff side location is...

"We always come here for a few days of doing absolutely nothing. Hang by the pool, order room service. I go golf one day while the wife gets a massage. Food is pretty good. Pool is great."

"A propriedade é antiga, mas os quartos oferecem uma boa estrutura de cozinha e camas, além de piscinas e espaços comuns. No entanto, o problema foi a apresentação de time sharing que durou mais de três horas, quando o informado foi de 90 minutos, aliado ao descumprimento e má informação quanto à oferta dos 20 dólares por dia em alimentos e bebidas. No check-in, após problemas com o cadastro do cartão de caução, realizamos o pagamento da taxa de turismo e nos foi informado que receberiamos o...
