You have just discovered the perfect home to get away to for your family for stay-at-home isolation in these uncertain times. It has a beautiful front and back yard for the kids and pets to play along with a refreshing pool to enjoy these warming days. Inside has 3 large bedrooms and two full baths and plenty of areas for Mom and Dad to set up a work space or to set up the kids for learning or homework. Due to the Corona Virus, we’re following both Airbnb and CDC guidelines for our cleanings and taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations for your safety.

Our 3 bedroom two bathroom home sleeps 8 comfortably, and with formal dining room and FULLY equipped kitchen making memories with family and friends is effortless. Take advantage of the beautiful California sunshine and enjoy the fully enclosed backyard and completely fenced front yard with SWIMMING POOL, (our pool can be heated for an extra $75.00 charge per day,) outdoor dining, and string lights for the perfect ambiance. Have a glass of wine or cold beer in our eclectic living room, with custom wall art installation meticulously laid out to make watching the game a winning experience… when you are not ACTUALLY at the Rose Bowl Stadium! Rose Bungalow is exactly the California getaway or staycation you are looking for! You won’t be disappointed!

The house was more dated than in the photos, especially given the cost. The beds were not made properly, which was odd - with two sheets covering a bare duvet We had paid to have the pool heated but it never really got warm and then the host couldn't connect to the pool but still charged us to heat the pool for several days. The host was pretty hostile to us on the last day because our toilet had started making a dripping noise (but not leaking) the very last night and we didn't report it to her that morning as we were checking out, and she had another guest coming and was angry we didn't give her time to get the plumber in before the next guests were arriving that day. I believe it was her decision to schedule guests back to back and we were busy trying to do all the things on her check out list and be out by 11am. Overall, we were disappointed given the high ratings for this home.

Stayed at the house with a group of 6 for the Rose Bowl. 1.5 mile walk to the stadium through a safe neighborhood. House is great-family room is outstanding for watching TV and hanging out. Water pressure in shower was strong and hot. Beds comfortable. Property manager very responsive. An issue came up during the stay and she solved the problem in less than 5 minutes of reaching out to her. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is gorgeous (better than the pictures), had everything we needed, and the hosts were super-responsive. We had a minor issue with the front lock on the first day and a handyman came and fixed it perfectly first thing the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean, well appointed. The neighborhood was convenient for visiting our family but the house next door is boarded up and looks abandoned, not that this VRBO can do anything about it. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed. We didn’t use the pool but the furniture around the pool could use a refresh. The host was friendly and had good, timely communication. I would recommend this property and would stay here again

Family Oasis in Pasadena

We had a wonderful stay for a few days in Pasadena. Check in was easy. House was clean. Kids loved the pool and commented that the beds were the comfiest they’d ever slept in. We would love to stay again the next time we are in the LA area.

Comfortable Stay

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable and worked perfectly for our two families. The beds were super cozy, and everyone slept well. The kids especially loved the pool—it was a big highlight of the trip! The hosts were very communicative and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful Bungalow

Amazing home! The pictures are accurate and the neighborhood felt safe. I took my kids for walks around the block and it was a beautiful area. Highly recommend for families.

Brilliant

The pictures and description don’t really do the place justice. For clarity you get the whole property including front garden with orange tree and a large separate drive. The pool was heated for us and it was genuinely warm. We used it all the time. The property is really big and generous. The floors were pretty dirty but nothing a mop sorted out. The washing machines and tumble dryers were great- so good we are buying the same ones. The area is amazing. Really safe and cool. The devastation from the fires is a few hundred yards away and it’s truly humbling. We will be sure to stay here again. Communications were great. Thanks for letting our family stay and have such a great time in LA

Pasadena Getaway

As so many other reviewers stated, Gina was such a wonderful host. She contacted us in advance to let us know the pool might not be ready given the tragic wildfires in the area. She worked closely with the pool maintenance company to ensure that it was. When we commented that there was a base, but not an umbrella by the pool, the following day a new umbrella arrived. Her responsiveness was outstanding. We had a lovely visit with our family and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing and felt like home

We had to evacuate due to the Eaton Fire. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home. It felt like home, was super comfortable, spacious and decorated perfectly. It was easy to check in and we truly enjoyed every moment - even under the circumstances. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Stay!

Great stay in Pasadena—walking distance to Rose Bowl Stadium, which is what we were in town for. A few blocks from coffee shops and a great breakfast taco spot! We spent a lot of time by the pool, which is a beautiful area. The hosts were friendly and communicative, and the house had everything we needed.

Delightful in every way

This place is a real hidden gem. You might think it’s a modest cali bungalow from outside, but simply walk in and you won’t believe how spacious it is! The decor is stylish but welcoming and the oversized L-shaped sofa is probably the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered. And the backyard poolscape offers everything you could ask for. Just play it safe and bring your own sunscreen… We didn’t and my stubborn husband was lobster-red for date night - his own fault entirely 😂

Felt like home

It was all as I expected. It was clean and comfortable. Gina, the property manager, was very attentive to any questions we had and checked to make sure our check in process was seamless. The neighborhood was less than desirable but when inside we felt very safe. It was nice to have a driveway for parking. Overall, very happy.

Very accomodating.

We had to move out of our home for three nights for termite fumigation. The owners of this lovely property accomodated us wonderfully. They made a stressful experience actually feel like a vacation.

Quiet Stay with a Pool

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the 210 freeway. We took walks in the neighborhood. There is a nice front yard and backyard with a pool. We did not use the pool. The kitchen is well-stocked; there are plenty of pots and pans. We found the kitchen spacious enough to make a Thanksgiving dinner. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of water pressure and the water heated quickly. The bathrooms may have been updated d-i-y as the faucets turned backwards and were quite awkward. We enjoyed using the gas grill (connected to a gas line) and ate meals outside by the pool. Although the neighbors had a wild Thanksgiving party complete with a bounce house and microphone, the windows are insulated well enough to cut down the noise. Streaming was very slow and cut out often perhaps due to the televisions so we streamed on computers. It was a little inconvenient not having a closet to use in the master, but we did not use the third bedroom and were able to use the closet there. The biggest problem we had was that we were asked to allow several workmen to access the backyard. A plumber came to replace the water heater. First, he came to measure and then came another time to install a new unit. However, someone had lost the key to the gate that led to the heater, so we had to allow a locksmith access as well. On top of that, the manager lost contact with the pool equipment and we were asked to reconnect that. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing stay.
