As you enter, you're greeted by a spacious foyer that leads into the heart of the home – a grand living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the stunning canyon views. The living room flows effortlessly into a gourmet kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, sleek cabinetry, and a large island perfect for casual dining and entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area, where you can enjoy meals with a backdrop of picturesque scenery.

The master suite is a private retreat surrounded by celebrity homes, complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and its own balcony overlooking the canyon. The property is situated within a gated community, so we kindly request that you inform us of your check-in time in advance.

Please note that for privacy and security reasons, the address currently provided on Airbnb is for a hotel, it is not the key pick-up location. Access codes and the keys will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

Guests will need to submit a photo of their valid, government ID, 48 HOURS PRIOR to arrival, so that we may successfully register all guests with security. If IDs are not submitted in a timely manner, the guest must cancel and refunds will not be issued.
We thank you in advance for keeping our house safe.

Pls note: There will be a $300/each charge for a lost key or gate clicker.

The House Rules
1. Check-In Time: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding and request that you plan your arrival accordingly. Early check-in may be possible upon prior arrangement, subject to availability.

2. Check-Out Time: Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Kindly adhere to this check-out time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the house for the next guests. Late check-out may be accommodated if available; please inquire in advance.

3. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the vacation house is 12. Please do not exceed this limit to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests.

4. Housekeeping: The house will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. We kindly request that you leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition upon check-out.

5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation house. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available, and we ask that you properly dispose of cigarette butts.

6. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless specific pet-friendly accommodations have been arranged in advance. Additional fees and policies may apply.

7. Security and Safety: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Please take care of the keys provided to you. Secure your valuable items and do not leave them in plain sight. The vacation house is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher for your safety.

8. Respect for the Property: Treat the vacation house with care and respect. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

9. Environmental Responsibility: Help conserve resources by turning off all lights and electric devices when leaving the house. Also, be mindful of water and electricity use.

10. Electronic devices: Please turn all devices off and return all remote controls to their designated places when not in use.

11. Guest Safety: When enjoying local outdoor activities, follow safety guidelines and be aware of your surroundings. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings. By booking your stay at our vacation house, you agree to abide by these house rules. We are committed to providing an enjoyable and comfortable experience for all our guests, and your cooperation is vital to achieving that goal.

12. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please swim at your own risk.

13. We kindly ask that suntan lotions be thoroughly washed off before sitting on furnishings.

14. Please refrain from running and "horse-play" on the lanai and around the pool.

15. Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden inside the home or so close that the odor of smoke is detected inside. if the smell of smoke is detected, a penalty of $2,000 will be assessed, and the security deposit will be forfeited.

16. The owner reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s) for any reason.

17. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.

18. By county ordinance, all vehicles must be parked in the designated onsite parking area and not on the street. guests can enjoy the garage and a long driveway.

19. Please be aware that deliveries, including those from Uber Eats, are available between 8 AM and 10 PM.

Map was incorrect on listing.

Make sure you review after you book because the location on the listing is the office that leases it and not the house. It's way up in the hills. House was clean and nice. Issue with hot water not working but they fixed it.

Great views with good company

This place is nothing short of amazing . My friends and family had a great time at our stay here . From great views to entertainment, it was a time we will always remember. I would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it .
