Hello Ka,Thank you for your review! Our parking is off site as stated on the booking site and registration form. However we do offer a temporary loading and unloading zone in the back of the property for convenience to drop off luggages.

Hi Seth, Thank you for your review. However please do not leave false reviews. As we had shown by our cleaners photo- the toilet was absolutely cleaned for your arrival. There was no toilet paper inside the toilet. We did ask you if it was possible the other 2 males that were staying with you could have possibly over-clogged the toilet with paper in which you did not respond to our email.Our assistant manager was sent out this morning and the toilet was left with toilet paper residue upon your departure.. also the toilet was flushing properly. As we had mentioned our cleaners always run a test on all toilets to ensure it is functioning correctly. The toilet passed our cleaners test yesterday. It is very unfortunate that we are having to receive a low review due to a false issue. Thank you.

Hello Bryan! Thank you for allowing us to host you in Venice! The AC was not running as you had placed it at 77”- the inside temperature was 65” degrees. In order for the AC to run, it would need to be placed at a lower level from the inside temperature. For example- if the inside temp is 65” it would need to be placed at 64” to run. However 65” degrees is very cold. Thank you for letting us know about the refrigerator. Unfortunately this noise had only started upon your reservation. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Hello Kimberly! Thank you for your review! However we are not sure why we were rated a 1 star when you had no issues during your stay. Unfortunately we had issues at the time of your departure with damages of linens, stove knobs and cleanliness of unit. We had to discard all of our linens due to stains that could not come off, 1 of our stove knobs was broken off and left on the floor, there was food, sand and trash left all over the floor. Our unit required a deep clean for our next guest. Thank you.
