Modern Lake View Estate in the heart of Bel Air! Located at the end of a cul-du-sac street, this exquisite modern masterpiece has the feel of a mountain retreat just minutes above famous Bel Air Hotel. Private lush entrance leads you into explosive lake and mountain scape views. Refined light filled home creates a serene indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Luxurious interiors include chefs kitchen filled with top end Viking appliances and elaborate Macaubus stone counters.
The space
The home immediately makes an impression with an ultra-chic, contemporary-style facade and pristine landscaping and a koi pond in the front courtyard. Inside, find wood floors, fresh white walls, recessed lighting and expansive windows. Take in bluff, canyon, reservoir and mountain views and enjoy a seamless floorplan. The living room includes a bar area, fireplace and glass doors that open to the pool. A formal dining room puts the views on full display through a wall of windows. A chef's kitchen stuns with Viking appliances and an oversized island. Connected is a family room that opens to an incredible oasis with a barbecue, infinity pool/spa, dining area and lounge patio. Mature trees provide privacy. Upstairs, each gorgeous bedroom lends its own design details and luxe comforts. The primary suite includes a large, private patio, a walk-in closet and a breathtaking, spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub. Enjoy ample space to work, play and luxuriate with a second-story family room, billiards room, home theater, library and office. A two-car garage adds ease. Heated Pool & Spa
If you’d like Pool & Spa to be heated, we will need to charge $100/day to the length of your stay.
Please also keep in mind that we have the ZERO tolerance Policy for any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy. The occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests are allowed at any time.

Welcome to our HOME in Bel Air LA, CA!!
Please remember this is a HOME, NOT a hotel or party house!! We have to keep the noise level down anywhere and all the time. Please Treat this home and our neighbors with respect!!
Here are some very important highlighted house rules and we have to make sure that you are aware and agree with these rules:
1. Smoking: WEED SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE PROMISES INDOOR AND OUTDOOR including patio and backyard. The smell is disturbing and please do not book if you are weed smokers.
2. Number of Guests + Visitors: The total number listed on the reservation is the maximum occupany allowed in the property at all time during your stay, and that number is including guests + visitors who might not stay. For example, if you put 8 guests, that means you will have total of 8 people (Guests + Visitors) show up on the property. No additional guests or visitors are allowed at any time.Please be aware that we do have extra charge for total number of Guests + Visitors more than 8 people, and it is $100/night/person. And MAXIMUM number of guests + Visitors allowed in the property is 10 people.
3. Sound level: Loud Bass Music is strictly prohibited. Please also be aware that we have NOISE MONITOR on promises to help us keep in track with your sound level. (The device does not record or store any conversations, only sound level monitoring). You do not need to worry about it as long as you don’t have large gatherings or loud party, you will be totally fine.
4. Number of cars: The maximum number of cars allowed on property is 4 cars. NO ADDITIONAL CARS ARE ALLOWED TO PARK ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.
5. Please kindly provide at least 2 emergency contact phone numbers and emails in case if anyting happens and we need to reach out to you.
