Inglewood is the most exciting place in LA and this property is nestled in the middle of all the action! Close enough to walk a few minutes to the game or show, yet quietly tucked away from the street to avoid all the crowds and chaos. This house provides everything you need to make the trip to see your favorite music sports team or music a memorable one! Here are some details about the space:

• LIVING ROOM: Bright and sunny with stadium and tree top views. Comfy sofa, record player and 43" Roku Smart TV.

• KITCHEN: Well appointed with everything you will need to prep and cook including all stainless steel appliances. Filtered water and ice dispenser. Coffee/tea bags, electric kettle and cafetiere. Toaster, blender. Olive oil and condiments. Mrs Meyers eco hand and dishwashing liquid.

• DINING AREA: Cozy nook with round dining table for four.

• BEDROOM: Queen sized bed. New memory foam mattress. 100% linen sheets. Closet with shelving space. Desk for remote work. Room darkening shades.

• BATHROOM: Bathtub w/ shower. 100% cotton waffle towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryer and hair straighteners.

• EXTERIOR: Front porch with to sit on with lots of plants. Stools/tables in the entry courtyard to relax in the sun. Private feel as the property is set back and tucked behind street front houses. Access is available from the street and the alley, both with key coded gates. Exterior is very well lit at night on all sides.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the 2nd floor of the house and entry patio. There is a second bedroom and utility room that guests will not have access to and there is also an ADU on the first floor that guests will also not have access to.

Other things to note:
Free parking for one car is available on the alley side of the house. The parking area is very well lit at night.

SoFi Stadium is located in the LAX flight path, and being so close we are too! The house is fitted with triple glazed windows to minimize any outside sound and the planes typically do not fly between 11.30pm and 6.00am. Ear plugs are provided for light sleepers.

This house is my cherished LA home. I live here for much of the year and therefore you will find books, plants and a well stocked kitchen with herbs, spices and everything you will need to prepare an amazing meal! I am an architect so the house has lots of special touches. Please take care of it and treat it as though it was your own :)
