➤ Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services or to connect your devices or use your own account for entertainment.

Security Cameras
➤ Please note that we do have security cameras 24/7 running for your own security. There are cameras located outside of the unit: Front door, garage door, and over patio.

Trash assistance
➤We kindly request that you take care of your trash by helping us on "Thursday trash day", push out on Wednesday and pull back on Thursday!

Extra person fee
➤Above 6 people, there is an extra person fee of $50 per night per person. If you put in the right number of people the price should reflect automatically.
