A dedicated yoga room provides a calming environment to start your mornings with mindfulness and movement, while the main living areas are enhanced with an impressive entertainment setup, including Smart TV and refined high-end finishes that create a warm yet elevated atmosphere.

The home also features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, designed to support both everyday living and special moments at home. It includes thoughtful appliances such as a juice maker, air fryer, and a complete tea set, making it easy to enjoy anything from healthy morning routines to cozy afternoon breaks or full home-cooked meals.

*For safety and security purposes, a surveillance camera is installed outside the property, typically monitoring the entrance area. This helps ensure the safety of both guests and the property at all times. There are security cameras located at the front door ring camera, on top of the garage, and backyard on the left side of the detached room pointing towards the backyard.
