Additional note:
Hot Tub / Jacuzzi: Available for an additional $100 per day of use.

Pool: $50 per day. please note that the pool is not heated.

**If you'd like to use either amenity, please let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you. For the hot tub, please allow 30–60 minutes for it to heat up before use.

Pool & Spa Heating Guidelines:
- To help keep the system in good condition, please use the pool heater and spa for up to 6 hours at a time. Longer use may cause damage or require maintenance.
- Please do not remove the pool cleaner tube, as doing so can seriously damage the motor. A fee may be charged if the tube is removed and causes damage.

Maintenance Notice: The pool is serviced every Monday to keep it clean and in great condition for guests.
