This place did not look like the picture online!! The rooms were small and had nowhere to store our clothes. There is only one television in the house it’s located in living room. The front door had a gap where you can see outside. You can hear all the traffic. There was no fire pit or patio set up. The house is run down, the cabinets had a lock on them, the windows locks were broken so we couldn’t lock them and there were cobwebs everywhere. The parking was in an alley and our vehicle barely fit in the space. Overall we was not happy and didn’t feel safe staying there. We did not stay there we booked a hotel and I expressed my concern with the owner and company I told him I took pictures of everything he asked that I send them to him once I did he stopped responding. So now I’m waiting to hear back from VRBO regarding a refund.

The house perfectly located from beach, Disneyland and in town family. I have a family of 6 that stayed very comfortably in the house. Perfect little home away from home.

Clean, Modern home in Ling Beach. Great for group of 6-8.

We had a great stay at this rental! The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of six adults. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—much better than most rentals I've stayed in. Everything from the furniture to the appliances was modern and well-maintained.While we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor area due to our busy schedule exploring Long Beach and LA, it was still nice knowing it was there. The neighborhood was quiet, and although the house sits on a busier road with some traffic noise, it didn’t bother us.It was a thoughtful touch to have coffee pods and cream stocked—though a bit of sugar would’ve made it perfect! The private parking spot was also a big plus. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive throughout.Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Long Beach.

Great Place to Crash

We were in town for a gymnastics meet so we were not at the property much. It was a nice place, clean, easy to communicate with the property manager. Served its purpose. Eat, sleep and hang. We were literally in and out. Just a few things that didn't necessarily make or break it for us. You should be warned about parking. There is an enclosed spot but it's super tight to get in and out of the driveway especially with an SUV. At times a bit stressful specifically with the garbage cans and other vehicles parked directly behind where you back out. The alley is tight! There is street parking, but good luck finding a spot. The electric also wasn't working in one of the bathrooms, but it was fine. It's great property and communication, check in/out was super easy. If we're ever back - I will stay again.

Good location but noisy

Location and house overall worked well for 3 adults, 3 teenagers attending a camp at Long Beach State. Street is very busy and noisy, especially loud in the front bedroom (earplugs are recommended for sleeping!). House was clean but AC was off when arrived so it took several hours to cool down. There is an apartment directly behind this house that if you open the back door, you stare into it. There is a parking space but it will not accommodate a larger vehicle. It’s a bit difficult to navigate. Patio was not as private as pictures portray it to be. Never felt unsafe but there were several homeless people.

Everything we needed... and more!

We were a group of 5 (including 2 older teens and a grandma) in town for a wedding and we were so happy with this rental. It was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to have their own (large) bed, great air conditioning and every amenity we could possibly need (i.e., washing machine, coffee maker, private parking spot). Victor was attentive and prompt with all communication. Overall we are very happy with our stay!

Clean and remodeled property, but lots of traffic noise from the adjacent street, parking is a pain and the pictures make it look better than it is, particularly the patio.

Small but great!

Three couples stayed here while our daughters played in a tournament at the Long Beach Convention center. While this is not a house to host large gatherings, it was clean, friendly, and great for what we needed. The entrance is on a busy street, but it felt safe and comfortable.

Cute home to stay in for a family!

Wonderful cute home. Small kitchen but very practical. Great stay overall for my entire family. I was a little challenged to park in parking my SUV but it was doable. AC was great! Love that there is 2 full bathrooms.
