Situated on more than 1 acre in Malibu Canyon, this private property features a swimming pool with waterfall and slide, large outdoor living room along with outdoor kitchen and BBQ with eating bar and dining space. It is fully fenced in with plenty of room for pets, and it for your use exclusively! If you enjoy games, there is a bocce court and horseshoe pits as well. Located across from Tapia Park and minutes from Malibu Creek State Park and the beach there are plenty of trails to explore and you can even book tours of Malibu's waterfalls. Perfect for stargazing as a part of a dark sky community, you might even spot some owls. If you are into the other type of star gazing there are Malibu star homes and beach tours. You may want to book a wine tasting tour or just enjoy your own bottle out by the pool. Plenty of restaurant choices too, from the Malibu Seafood Company to Nobu and many priced in between. And if historic locations are on your agenda, the Adamson House and Malibu Lagoon Museum are worth a visit and you can tie in a walk on Malibu pier as well. If you don't mind venturing a little further, there is the spectacular Getty Villa. And of course you're not far from any of the major LA area attractions.

During the summer (July, August, September) the pool is warm enough without heating and free to you to use. If you are planning to use the pool any other time, please advise in advance and select the pool option, so that we can make sure it is heated for you. The spa is free to use all year around.
