HOUSE RULES:



It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the House Rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.



* Minimum age policy is 25 years old to book. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.



* Self Check-in. Check-in is 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am. Unique Door codes will activate at check-in.



MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 6 people only (including infants and toddlers) ** Extra Guest Fee of $75 per guest per night for any unapproved Guests.

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.



NO SMOKING - Outdoors Only. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke, ashes, etc are found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of illegal parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. This property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Los Angeles in writing prior to the arrival date.



PET FEE $75 per pet fee. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You agree to pay additional pet damages or pet stains.



NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.



CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.



* You will provide valid photo IDs of all Adult Guests.



* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

Short summer getaway

What a beautiful home! Gorgeous upgrades in the kitchen and both bathrooms will give you all the feels of a spa-especially the master! Check in was easy and all the necessary info was right at our fingertips. We loved it!When we travel to SoCal for a few days each summer we usually stay in a hotel but not any longer! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!

My husband, my 2 teens, and I stayed at this property from November 8-November 12, 2024. The agency member provided me with all the details about this rental stay rules, check-in and check-out rules too. Everything seemed fine until our arrival in the evening when we couldn't enter the property due to the front door knob being loose from the inside. We thought it wasn't necessary to contact the property management as our stay was mainly to sleep in. As the days went by I started noticing that the house furniture wasn't fully cleaned as there was animal hair (probably dog or cat hair) on them, in one of the bedrooms where one of my teens was sleeping on, we noticed a few ants on the bed frame, but it was just a few nothing to be concerned about. But the following night upon our arrival, my teen noticed the bed and side table were full of ants, so I told my teen to go sleep with my other teen and share the same bed as it was the last night in the rental property. I also noticed that there were spider webs in the corner wall of the back door. The a/c's air filter seemed like it hadn't been replaced in months, I also noticed that the shower drain in the master bedroom hadn't been cleaned as there was a handful of human hair, they looked like they were long pieces of hair. And some of their courtesy snacks had been expired. We chose to stay in this property due to being halfway between the places we were going to visit, the price wasn't bad either.

Nice Property

Overall the property was good. Was missing simple things like garbage bags, paper towels and the AC broke during our stay. When we arrived the next block had caution tape after a shooting but no other safety issues. Would stay again in the future given the property itself but didn’t enjoy the neighborhood.
