Enjoy this original artist’s home in Hollywood Hills ordained w/his own creative artwork and vibe in all rooms w/incredible sunset views of the Los Angeles city skyline. Welcome to the exclusive Hollywood Hills contemporary living. Experience explosive views and luxurious amenities at this gated hip oasis. This is the home of a well-known artist so the home is ordained and stylized nicely with his original art.

We have 6 x HDTVs throughout the house w/Apple and Amazon Firesticks. The pool table room is an entirely separate room w/bar and HDTV + speakers.

Step into a two-story formal entry with gleaming walnut hardwood flooring, a step-down living room, and a custom high-end glass staircase. On the main level, you will find a gourmet cook kitchen complete with classic Carrera marble counters and stainless steel appliances, as well as a beautiful formal dining connected by step down living room filled with concrete flooring plus high-end glass doors opening to the balcony with amazing vistas of the Los Angeles skyline. Relax in the comfortable family room alongside a cozy fireplace and a second balcony providing breathtaking panoramic landscape views!

We have an upright piano here, so you can sit and play songs while being inspired by the skyline views.

Our 4 bedroom suites offer all the details of true luxury - walk-in closets, sitting areas with fireplaces, and spa-like baths. With an enchanting backyard that includes a grassy area, fountain, outdoor cabana lounge, and BBQ perfect for entertaining, you have the ultimate oasis right outside your doorstep.

Home Truths:
- It is important to note that the Master Bedroom Shower top and handle are currently experiencing drips that cannot be remedied at this time. However, these drips are not causing any damage to the surrounding area.
- There is a hot tub on the property but we do not advertise it. As it is not functional.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- You must be at least 21 years old to book this home.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

You will be asked to sign a Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

House near Runyon Canyon

We booked this trip for our group of 9 (7 adults, 2 teens) and found this unique house in Hollywood Hills to be a perfect fit! The view from the balconies were beautiful, the outdoor patio was lovely for breakfast and outdoor kitchen was great for grilling out. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms which were comfortable for our large group. The kitchen, dining and living room spaces afforded us plenty of space to hang out, play music, and a few games we brought along. We made use of the washer/dryer as well. The marble stairs can be a bit slick, so take care walking up/down, the coffee maker is a Nespresso original (I think, definitely not Virtuoso) and there is no regular coffee machine. The accommodations were great and we would definitely consider staying here again!
