The home has two convenient entry points, either from The Strand near the El Porto lot or from Ocean Avenue and Seaview. Inside, the first floor features an open layout with a comfortable living area for gathering and watching TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a simple, welcoming space to enjoy a meal, and a dedicated workspace for guests traveling for work or leisure. A full bathroom and one bedroom are also located on this level.
Upstairs, the second floor includes two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto a long panoramic balcony that spans the upper level, offering sweeping ocean views and fresh coastal breezes. Review Requirement: Reservations from guests with limited reviews or ratings below 5 stars are subject to host approval.
Long-Term Stays:
For reservations longer than 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is required at $500 per month. For stays over 30 days, the checkout deep cleaning fee is $1,000.
