You’ll have the entire house and private yard to yourself for the duration of your stay.

Burbank is the heart of the entertainment industry — home to Warner Bros. Studios, Walt Disney Studios, and NBCUniversal, all within minutes. The neighborhood has a walkable downtown with Magnolia Boulevard's restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. A local Sunday farmers market draws the whole community.



Universal Studios Hollywood is 10 minutes south. Griffith Park and the LA Zoo are 15 minutes away. Bob Hope Airport (BUR) serves direct flights across the US and is just 5 minutes from the front door — a major convenience over LAX.

PARKING:

This property offers off-street parking in the designated driveway area. Please ensure all vehicles are parked within the marked parking space(s) provided.

Note: Street parking is not allowed in front of the house and is not permitted by the County. To avoid tickets, fines, or towing, all cars must remain in the designated off-street parking area at all times.

A valid government-issued ID matching the booking name is required.

This process helps protect the property and ensures compliance with local regulations.

FAMILY AND PETS



We are family and dog friendly.

Children ages 2 and above must be included in the total guest count.

Pets must remain off furniture and bedding.

Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees.



EXTRA GUESTS AND DAY VISITORS



Guest count must not exceed the approved occupancy.

The reservation includes up to 8 guests.

Additional guests will be charged $100 per guest per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.

Day visitors must be approved in advance and are limited to 4 people, departing by 10 PM.

Children count toward the total guest limit.



POOL AND SPA RULES AND HEATER INSTRUCTIONS



POOL AND SPA OVERVIEW



The pool and spa are professionally serviced every Friday and on the day of your arrival.



Spa heating is complimentary. Pool heating is available for $100 per day and must be applied for the full duration of your stay. We are unable to prorate this service, as heating may take up to 24 hours depending on the starting temperature. Heating must begin the day before arrival, so please notify us in advance if you would like to add this service.



The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. If you switch to the spa while the pool is heating, the pool heater will stop and must be manually switched back on after spa use.

SAFETY AND GUIDELINES



Do not tamper with any pool or spa equipment, as this may cause malfunction.

Children must be supervised at all times. There is no fence around the pool and no lifeguard on duty.



VENDORS AND MAINTENANCE



Landscaping, pool, and spa services are performed regularly.

Vendors may access the backyard during your stay.

Typical service day is Friday or as needed based on weather conditions.



QUIET HOURS AND NEIGHBOR POLICY



The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

No outdoor music or disruptive noise is permitted during this time.

Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.



NOISE MONITORING



The home is equipped with decibel monitoring devices inside and outside.

These devices monitor noise levels only and do not record conversations.

Tampering with the devices may result in additional charges or loss of deposit.



SOUND SYSTEM



The Sonos sound system is disabled during your stay to comply with local regulations.



WILDLIFE AWARENESS



The area is home to local wildlife, including lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and kangaroo mice.

Please exercise caution outdoors, especially at night and when supervising pets and children.



FIRE SAFETY



The home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the exterior of the property.



NO SMOKING POLICY



This is a non-smoking property.

Smoking must take place at least 15 feet away from exterior doors.

Violations may result in a $250 fee.



BACKYARD AND FENCING



The property is fenced; however, wildlife may still enter.

Please supervise pets and children at all times.

Due to strict cleaning procedures, early check-in and late check-out are not available.

Approved projects may be subject to additional licensing fees.

Personal social media photography is allowed.

Do not leave food, trash, or cigarette butts outdoors, as these may harm wildlife and the surrounding ecosystem.

This is a great home. Big enough for our family with everything we needed. The location in Burbank is walkable to many things, and a quick drive to many other things. Communication with the property managers was easy and quick.
